Here is a video of my partial rack squats 3rd set of 200kg for 5. After having battled some injuries my squat has needed some work. After completing 6 sets of full range of motion squats, I went into rack squats. Rack squats may look like ego lifting but they are a good accessory movement for helping you get past a sticking point and helping you get used to a heavier weight while maintaining the tightness in your upper back and core. One of my issues with the squat lately has been keeping my back tight. Took yesterday off because I came down with a cold. Today came back feeling better and was happy with numbers and overall felt good. Had 7x5 (2 Push Press + 3 Push Jerk) ended @ 155. Then had 6x3 hang clean building up and ended at 160.
