This memory popped up this morning. This morning 3 years ago Kamp, for the first time, independently asked to do put the dishes away. This kiddo works so hard to do basic things. He gives the best snuggles, and the loudest smooches. Because of him we “keep moving forward” no matter what. Sometimes it’s about getting through the next 10 minutes, but we move forward. I know I’m the person I am because of him. If you're making too many withdrawals, and not enough deposits, we all know what that looks like: ⁣ -$3,823 😰⁣ ⁣ Don't let this account go into the negative! ⁣ ⁣ One of my favorite ways to talk about your behavioral relationship with you children is to relate it to a bank account that houses positive interactions.⁣ ⁣ ➕Praised them for getting dressed by themselves ⁣ ➖Yelled at them for picking on their sister ⁣ ➖Told them they are stressing you out ⁣ ➖Got mad at them for not finishing their breakfast ⁣ ➖Hurried them up to get their shoes on. ⁣ ➕Showed them love at school drop off ⁣ ...as you can see, even daily morning routine call fall trap to starting the day in a negative balance! ⁣ ⁣ Every time you engage positively with your child, you make a deposit into this account. 💰💰💰⁣ Conversely, every time you have to give your child feedback or deliver a reprimand, this counts as a withdrawal. ⁣ ⁣ It must be our goal as parents to work to keep our behavioral bank account balance in the p o s i t i v e. ⁣ ⁣ If we attempt to make a withdrawal where there is nothing left in the account, the debt starts to build and our children stop listening. ⁣ ⁣ Here are 3 Simple Ways to build up your child's bank account:⁣ 1) Spend time fully engaged with them doing things they enjoy. Hide your phone, and legit PLAY with them. ⁣ 2) Praise them for their effort on working on things they perceive new or difficult. If it was a challenging task for them to do, tell them you noticed and you're proud of them! ⁣ 3)Spend the time to find an activity you both enjoy together. スマホアクセサリー専門店で300円でした。スマホを持ちながらのライブは無理があるなと思っていたので、試しに買ってみたんです。  1年前くらいやったかな〜   可動域が狭いとか ちょっと固いとか 調節パーツの付け替えが面倒とかは 300円で文句を言うな💨という感じなのですが😂 (だがしかし、ネットで見たら驚きの値段) 最大のネックは  座る場所を選べへんこと!!😫  24㎡のワンルーム、 クリップできる場所なんて限られてるので そこに体を持っていかんとあかんくて💦  といってクリップできる場所といえば テーブルや窓枠くらいなんですが、 テーブルに合わせると低過ぎるし 窓辺に合わせると高過ぎるしで  いまいち使いこなせなかったのでした⤵︎  今はその経験を活かし、 半年ほど前に手のひらサイズの卓上スタンドを購入。 最近は 起立した高さでも撮れるスタンドが欲しいな〜  なんて思いだしています。  三脚だと場所を取るから一脚がいいな でも安定性なら三脚だよな ああでもでも動画の手振れを補正してくれる スマホ用ジンバルも素敵やなあぁ…✨  凝りだすと収集癖が発動するので 頑張っていろいろ押さえ込んでいます💸    #クリップ式スマホホルダー  #xenomix #スマホホルダー  #インスタライブ環境  #スマホ用三脚が欲しい #スマホ用スタンド型一脚はもっと欲しい #スマホ用ジンバルも同じくらい欲しい #どうしたらいい ✂︎------------------------------------------------  #ワンルーム #ワンルームインテリア #賃貸インテリア #断捨離 #ダンシャリアン #賃貸暮らし #ASD #adhd #大人の発達障害 #自閉症スペクトラム #注意欠陥多動性障害 #ユニバーサルコミュニケーションデザイン

Please understand I'm not to blame, I just can't process things the same. Take my hand and walk with me, Let me show you about ADHD. I try to behave, I want to be good, But I sometimes forget to do as I should. Walk with me and wear my shoes, You'll see its not the way I'd choose. I do know what I'm supposed to do, But my brain is slow getting the message through. Take my hand and talk with me, I want to tell you about ADHD. I rarely think before I talk, I often run when I should walk. It's hard to get my school work done, My thoughts are outside having fun. I never know just where to start, I think with my feelings and see with my heart. Take my hand and stand by me, I need you to know about ADHD. It's hard to explain but I want you to know, I can't help letting my feelings show. Sometimes I'm angry, jealous, or sad. I feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and mad. I can't concentrate and I lose all my stuff. I try really hard but it's never enough. Take my hand and learn with me, We need to know more about ADHD. I worry a lot about getting things wrong, Everything I do takes twice as long. Everyday is exhausting for me... Looking through the fog of ADHD. Billederne her er fra gårdsdagens Ben- og Balletræning 🍑🔥 . Jeg var ikke i humør til at sætte ord på i går, for det var en hård dag for mig. Sagen er den at jeg har angst, og det er desværre/heldigvis sådan at man ofte ikke man mærke det på mig eller se det. . På billederne ses 2 vidt forskellige mennesker, selvom jeg jo altid er mig. . Det første viser en glad og frisk pige som glæders og rigtig meget til dagens træning. En pige som føler sig badass og sej inden hun overhovedet er gået i gang. . Det andet viser en pige som har lyst til at gemme sig væk og følte sig nødsaget til halvvejs igennem træning at springe mange øvelser over, for at kunne komme hurtigst muligt hjem bag en lukket dør i trygge rammer. . Normalt er træning en form for terapi/meditation for mig, men nogle dage er det bare ikke nok. Questo è decenne, oggi gli abbiamo regalato una pausa, ieri ha subito una piccola grande battuta d'arresto la sua emotività non è stata in grado di gestire la frustrazione, si perché lui è iperattivo e il suo più grande problema è quello di sentirsi inadeguato, che per un bambino di 10 anni è tanta roba, quindi qualche volta ci si regala del tempo per stare insieme e rallentare, respirare profondamente, scaricare tutte le paure, insicurezze, per cercare di rendere il groviglio delle emozioni più chiaro e meno opprimente. #bambini #emozioni #adhd #mamma #kids

Jag råkar vara en kreativ person som behöver uttrycka mig. Ibland blir det genom foton, ibland text.. för mig har instagram därför varit bra. Men inte för nån slags bekräftelse om ni nu tror det 😊 Det är så tråkigt med dömande människor som måste hitta fel i allt. Nu pratar jag inte bara utifrån egna erfarenheter, men det fokuseras för mycket på det negativa istället för att "embrace'a" det positiva hos folk. Människor ska inte behöva gå runt med rädsla över vad andra ska tycka.. Fuck them!! 🤷‍♀️ Jag är en person som kan ta vissa saker väldigt personligt. Har svårt att hantera känslor och kan ibland inte styra över mig själv när det blir för mycket..så impulsiv med (hej ADD-hjärna). Men jag jobbar på det. Alla har vi något inom oss som är lite extra känsligt och idag har vi ju ett samhälle som är extremt dömande med allt vi gör. Inte konstigt att människor blir destruktiva.. Uppmuntra varann istället. . Jag har ända sen jag vart liten gått min egna väg, sagt vad jag tyckt och haft min egna stil utan att bry mig. Men innanför den obrydda fasaden har det bott en liten känslig och omtålig själ. Som väldigt få har fått möta. På senare år har den själen försökt titta ut och visa sig. Försökt ta kontakt med utsidan. Oavsett hur stark och obrydd man är så matas det hela tiden in negativa saker som lagras nånstans därinne, utan att man kanske ens lade märke till det så mycket. Det är inte så lätt att öppna sig när man aldrig riktigt kunnat uttrycka sina känslor plus haft svårt med tillit. När man äntligen FÖRSÖKER göra det så känner man sig ist känslig, jobbig eller det värsta: folk kanske tror man söker uppmärksamhet? Det är tärande att hålla inne med sina känslor. Man ska inte heller behöva hålla tillbaka sig själv eller vad man vill göra i livet. Vissa är så otroligt inskränkta o har dubbelmoral som knappt delar med sig eller vågar saker, men ändå sitter och dömer andra! Personligen uppskattar jag folk som vågar vara öppna och inte tar så hårt på livet. Men det betyder ju inte att man ska visa hela världen hur man torkar sig i stjärten. 😁💩 . Ni kan nog läsa mellan raderna att detta är en observation av både sociala medier OCH verkliga livet. 🙋‍♀️
