Hi everyone! I'm Julia and I am a born and raised Minnesnowtan! ❄️☃️🙃 I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful boys! I am starting a new journey, from scratch, while taking a break from having kids, because two kids 10 months apart is exhausting...but fun! I'm jumping back into fitness for a couple of reasons. First off, I was diagnosed with late PP anxiety. Not many people know this, but now everyone reading this will, and I've learned to accept this part of myself.I tore down the barrier of judgment & embrassment and sought help. With Micah having issues the first 3mo in this world (a story I can share another time), the anxiety didn't hit me until a few months later... There was a part of me that felt empty, like I was missing something. Something for Me. The thought of doing fitness again was a debate I was having with myself for a few months. I wanted to start taking care of myself and I wanted that accountability community! I would ignore the pull in my heart. You know that heavy feeling in your chest when you KNOW you should do something? One that's also in your gut? Well, mine wouldn't leave me alone. So, with constant praying, some reading, and letting my heart out to Chris, I decided to go for it! The second reason is to become the best version of myself that I can become. I want to become the best servant of God. I want to mold myself into the best wife, mother and friend that I can be, recreating a mindset that is strong and confident so that my boys can grow up to be the same. I want to set that good and healthy example for my family and to prove that what you work hard for, gives success. Hard work pays off! I mean, we worked our butts off to get out of debt! There's proof! --- I'm very excited for this new chapter and to be held accountable! I am stepping out of my circle of comfort and working to be the best that I can be, mentally, physically, and faithfully! #tmriseup
