The Triceps Extension is great exercise to target the triceps directly. . I prefer to do it with one hand because helps me with this “Mind-Muscle” connection and helps me to squeeze the triceps on the bottom 💪 . This exercise be done with low weights. It’s all about the form and the squeeze not the weight. For example I do it with only 5kg. . Weirdly enough Monday’s have become my favorite day of the week. When you set your mind right you’ll create an addiction to the work ethic and to the buzz of others doing the same around you. I look forward to the work and getting to put in my time both mentally and physically at the start of each week. My arms are still sore from arm day a few days ago. It is rewarding but I can definitely tell those muscles are fatigued. Good thing it is a rest day. Progress is only as slow as you make it. @champagnepapi :I mean where the f*** should I .. really even start *beat drops* Me:OK lol WELL Let’s go with how I been feeling like poo for like a couple weeks ~shocker~ usually I have the same kind of anxiety I’ve had my whole life where I literally just cry literally about LITERALLY everything. But recently it’s been different. I’m motivated and ready and willing. I go at it, give everything my all, and right when I’m nearing a finish line, I just break. I’m sitting here smiling and laughing and chillin all day like 😄😂🤪 but inside I’m really like ❓😖🤔❓I want to do nothing more but promote positivity and positivity only but I really feel like mental health is absolutely necessary to toss out there on occasion or more. We are all humans are we all go through it. But if no one ever talks about it, how are we going to help reach solutions and put each other as ease? It gets super hard and sometimes super dark but there’s so much out there for all of us. Don’t be scared to go get it!🙂 . . Listen to me when I say we can all be out here curling 80lbs, squatting 225x10, with rock hard abs but if we are not strong mentally, none of those things matter or will do you well. . . I’m working on better recognizing what I’m feeling and what’s going on within me but right now I don’t have answers. I’m just continuing to strive and TRY and do what I can and push myself but mostly staying faithful to God and realizing that I’m right where I should be and everything is going to be ok. It’s always ok. I LOVE sled rope rows for a few reasons. . 1️⃣ Great for high volume rowing/back workouts. 2️⃣ Great for developing grip strength. 3️⃣ Excellent for biceps growth, and conditioning them for other compound movements. 4️⃣ They’re much more fun than normal rows (IMO), as you can pretend to be @pudzianofficial rowing a boat up the slipway. . ✳️ BONUS ✳️ Plus, if you do them bent over like this, then they are a nice vertical pulling option for those who can’t yet to a pull-up or chin up or can’t do significantly high volumes of them. . I was chatting with my fellow gym goer and he suggested I up my weights..I did and now I can’t move my arms. 😅😅😅 happy to be back today wish me luck!!
