Daryle has had a knee replacement at the start of the year, and after initial physio rehabilitation he's come to me to help him get back to training. Squats have always been a struggle as his ROM was bad before the surgery, and he's smashed all preconceptions of his doctors in regards to his post-surgery range of movement and leg strength ! Almost hitting parallel which is something he thought would be impossible to regain post op!πŸ‘πŸ» . . Vid 1 shows some Goblet squats to show the full range Daryle can get to in his squat now, Vid 2 shows a low bar positioned squat with an added 60kg.
