Squat wrap-up for this training cycle: tested 1rm today and my last warm up was a lot slower than I had hoped for. I missed my attempt at 182.5kg(shown). A couple of weeks back I hit a 180kg single at roughly 82kg body weight, which was a 20kg pr since before this cycle. Still happy with the results✌️ P.S, apparently if you have a photo of you squatting it has to be in black and white😉

Not a bad week! I am surprised that I maintained most of my strength during hypertrophy training and during my fat loss phase from these past few months. Now its to recover, maintain and gain strength, build alactic capacity, and improve technique on my key lifts. . Im following th TOI's Strength Block (5 weeks long) designed for pure strength and is auto-regulated. I'll be doing this program for 5 weeks prior to starting my latest developed program; The Yin and Yang Method.
