Hope everyone is having a great weekend!! This was kind of a full body workout and here are the few workouts I got on film for you guys. Letโ€™s get to it!!! 1๏ธโƒฃ Goblet squats - 3 sets of 12-15 reps (first time trying these and they are killer!! Good luck lol!!) 2๏ธโƒฃ Cable pullbacks - (not too sure of the exact name, so thatโ€™s what Iโ€™ll call it ๐Ÿ˜‚) 3 sets of 10-12 reps/arm. If you can go heavy on these so you can definitely feel the burn! ๐Ÿ”ฅ 3๏ธโƒฃ (3rd and 4th clip) 1/2 Bicep curls - Curl half way up for 10-12 reps, then holding the curl half way, bring curl all the way and back down halfway for 10-12 reps. You will hate me for this workout at first, but youโ€™ll thank me later lol. It is AMAZING!! Thank you guys so much for watching!
