This 4 day a week lift and HIIT program is HONESTLY one of my favorite EVER. Which is crazy because i used to avoid weights like the plague. 🙈🤣 TURNS OUT, it makes you feel strong and toned af and NOT bulky and the badass vibes when you’re slayin it with heavy weights are pretty bangin. 💁🏻‍♀️ I like it so much I started it over as soon as I finished the first round 😂 Does that mean every day is rainbows and butterflies and I just LOVE every second and every morning I jump out of bed and just CANT WAIT to press play and have energy out da wazu ALWAYS and feel like I crushed it 100% of the time? OBVIOUSLY NOT. Even the very best things in your life aren’t perfect. They don’t come without hurdles and rough patches and speed bumps. Stop expecting perfection and stop QUITTING when you realize that every moment isn’t going to be easy. In anything. Monday’s workout 👇🏼Tough. It was all lifting, a lot of laying on the floor for said lifting, my muscles were screaming and I wanted to go back to bed. 😂 But you know what? HARD DOES NOT MEAN IMPOSSIBLE. Giving as much as YOU have to give is one MILLION percent better than throwing in the towel because you’re not perfect. Which is why I was smiling like a fool when I finished EVEN THOUGH it wasn’t my best and even though I didn’t love it. Do yourself a favor and EXPECT that some days will be a struggle. It feels ALOT less discouraging and you know what? Anyone can show up when they’re excited about it. Growth happens on the days you press on even though you don’t want to. Here’s the full bicep portion of my last back&bi’s workout💪🏻 I always incorporate one isolated curl, one hammer curl, and then one more exercise of whatever I want just to make sure I hit both heads of my biceps. Try this out on your next arm/back day! 1️⃣Alternating dumbbell bicep curls 2️⃣spider curls (using the preacher curl set up) 3️⃣single arm cable hammer curls I did 3 sets of 10-15 on each!

I am really trying to increase my muscle size to I’m trying to do max weight for 10 or more reps.
