Ok so this little trick can be applied to any muscle really but i chose rear delts mainly because a lot of people are having a hard time bringing them up. ❎It'd be safe to say that the majority of people's shoulder routines start with front then side then rear delts. ❎In doing so you're tackling your rear delts with barely any energy left in you and you're not as focused as you need to be. ❎Front delts get so much stimulation from working other muscle groups you really dont need to prioritize it at all! ❎So what i want you to do is to actually start with rear delts and give it your 100% also i really wanna stress mind muscle connection here and just completely locking in with the muscle as rear delts can be tricky to nail for some. ❎You can apply this to anything, let's say you wanna bring up your bicep peak, start your workout with that. Since I have been a little missing in action, of course I had to find a meme to go with how I am feeling!😂. And this one, spoke volumes to me. I have had a rough month (rough for Me, I know that there's a lot of damn people going through a hell of a lot more) but this post is about Me and that's why you're reading it, nah?😜. My daughter caught a cold 3/4 weeks ago, which I then got (obvi) along with a narly cough that stuck around for another 2 weeks or so. Thennnnn I hurt my wrist doing handstands with my watch on. It impinged something and I couldn't bend my wrist any way for a week. Note to self: don't ever do that again. lol. So this whole time I had been missing the gym from Us being sick, *tear* then my wrist obviously I couldn't lift anything. I praise the heavens above for my treadmill at home.. I kicked up my cardio with my wrist being f-ed. Then guess what?? I got athletes foot. FML. Which I am still dealing with now. I read everywhere that it is "super common", even though I'm almost 31 (this Friday!) and have never had it... and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. Jk, I don't have any enemies. But, if I did, I wouldn't want that as*hole to get it😂. It's a pain in the rear end!!!!! And just uncomfortable. For all you jerks out there thinking I'm gross, it has nothing to do with 'cleanliness'... at least it's telling me I am an athlete {athletes foot}😂 haha!. So, with all of these things happening, you know I've been sad and a little depressed even. I was going hard for a very long time and it's hard to slow down or stop doing something that you love to do. "Sh*t happens. Everyday. To everyone. The difference is in how people deal with it". Exactly. Am I as lean as I was like a month ago? Nope. My training has been cut in half I would say, at least. Am I happy about that? F no. But the gym will always be there and I know I can get right back to where I want to be, because it is my choice and I choose how to deal with everything that comes my way. And honestly, maybe it was God's way of telling me to put a halt on those breaks and enjoy some down time for once! I am trying to come out of this on a positive note (continued in comments) at Portland, Oregon

Aug 4th👉🏼 Today! ----------------- Top tips for making gainz: 1️⃣ Food- eat it!!!! Don't be afraid to eat well, and eat ENOUGH. Restricting will NOT make you any gains. Let me repeat that: GAINZ= food, eat a generous amount of it 2️⃣ Workout hard- make sure to challenge yourself in your sets, reps and weight that you use. Doing the same thing day in and day out WONT cause your body to grow and adapt. Change that sht up 🔥 3️⃣ Recover PROPERLY- this means take your rest days, stretch your body and foam roll when you need it! A tight muscle isn't going to be a well functioning muscle. You need to release that tension to grow and have your muscles take shape. When it doubt, stretch it out, foam roll it or rest it!!!! #bodybuildingtips #gains #bootygainz at Boca Raton, Florida
