Went for an EZ run, as I started I realized that I’ve been so focused on gaining speed and started putting all my effort on all of my runs not really slowing down on my easy runs, so today I slowed down and relaxed. Individual Client @rarah89 _ just shy of 20 Weeks working together and we have made some epic gains, Programming for CrossFit, with a partner competitions in December and sights on individual in the new year! the Programme has biased towards gymnastics development but still well rounded in everything else. _ From no Bar muscle ups to getting 21 to take 2nd place at a spring Pairs competition. _ sets of 2-3 Strict HSPU _ PB sets and workout confidence with T2B, C2B etc. _ Deadlift, Front Squat, Bench PB and pain free back squatting again after building balance back! _ and PLENTY of fitness gains. Overcoming gravity I've owned this book for a few years now and it's one that I find myself coming back to over and over. It's an absolute must have for anyone interested in calisthenics or gymnastics strength training. It also has an awesome title. I'm not paid to promote this or anything but I genuinely love it. It's also the first time I read anything about one arm handstands. @yuri_marmerstein lends his expertise to this book and gives 5 pages of insight on one arm handstand training. For whatever reason hearing all about how ridiculously difficult this move was, and the idea that, "to make it work, you have to be a little bit obsessed" excited me, I'm strange I guess, maybe I took it as a challenge. 🤸🏻‍♂️Der L-Sit🤸🏻‍♂️ ... Fluch oder Segen❓ ... Für die meisten eine der Haß-Übungen überhaupt, aber eigentlich eine sehr gute Übung mit Mehrwert👍 ... Vor allem der untere Teil des Trapezius muss hier arbeiten, wird also gekräftigt💪 ... Dieser zieht die Schultern nach unten⬇️, was als Gegenpart zum oft verspannten „Nacken“ (trapezius oberer Anteil, zieht die Schultern nach oben⬆️) wichtig ist💡 ... Neben noch anderen Mehrwerten beispielsweise für die Bauchmuskulatur , die ich sicher ein anderes mal näher erläutere, sieht der L-Sit auch cool aus, oder😂❓ ... Ich hoffe ich konnte dich dafür begeistern diese tolle Übung zu erlernen. Beispielsweise mit einer Variation im aktuellen HOT IRON®️2😉 . . . . . Foto by @beart.tj

Pass Thru Push Ups are an awesome way to add a little extra core work to an already great body weight movement. Set yourself up like you would a regular pushup and place a small weight, kettlebell or sandbag on one side of your body. Perform a push up then reach through with the opposite side hand and pull the weight across behind your planted hand. Perform another pushup then return the weight to it’s starting side. That is one rep. Repeat for the prescribed number of reps. Aim to keep your body flat when moving the weight. You don’t need a heavy weight as the goal is to play with core stability rather than build core strength. Through this into your next workout for some added core work.
