Got a glue workout for #humpday! 😂 . I still don't know how to do this pose...or properly film my videos 😂 but I'm here! It's been a long time since I've done an at-home glute workout and I loved that I didn't have to worry about anybody walking in on me in the tiny gym I use lol. . My workout consisted of: Supersetting hip thrusts with B stance hip thrusts. Frog pumps. Alternating side lunge. Donkey kicks & firehydrants combo. I did 4 circuits, 20 reps of each exercise. . One word: S L I D E R S! 🥵 I found these bad boys from the dollar section in Target. I absolutely love incorporating them into my home workouts to make my exercises a little bit more challenging. The side lunge exercise is great for targeting your Gluteus Maximus & Medius, along with your Adductors and Abductors. Make sure to keep your hips even, abdominals engaged, chest up, knee and ankle in line, and hinge with your hip while lowering into a side lunge. #goodluck #sidelunges 👻

I have previously talked about fitness being an outlet for my emotions and today was definitely one of those days. I woke up ready for the day to be over. I had so much built up all through out the day and went into my workout tonight READY to let it out until I was exhausted. And yea I nailed it. Physical fitness is so much more to me then having a nice body. It’s my go to. My safe place. So grateful for my body and all that it does for me! Ready to put this day behind me, wake up & kick ass tomorrow 💪🏻

Tough deadlift day. But we got the work done. 275lbs 5x5 and moving the weight with such speed. Followed by deficits with 185lbs 2x8. At times I can't tell if a lift for @chef_yvetteisme04 is hard or easy. She always have the same angry expression on her face. Exercise Tip #26: B-Stance For Big Gains. One of the greatest aspects of social media is that it helps to disseminate information to a huge amount of people. So many people are deadlifting, squaring, benching, squat cleaning, jerking.. it’s amazing. Ten years ago, you’d hardly see that many people doing this type of workout. So let’s add to your knowledge base by adding in another way to attack certain lifts by implementing a change in stance. The B-Stance is not new, we learned about it in my freshman exercise and sports science class in 2006. So what is it? In a nutshell, it is the in between position between doing a bilateral and unilateral lift. The isolated working leg still benefits from a semi-planted foot. This can greatly help with balance, increasing safety. But why bother? Why can’t I just do unilateral lifts? Well, it’s partly safety and largely how much more you can lift. Again, the B-Stance won’t necessarily replace the bilateral lift, but it provides a way to attack the muscles with a weight close to the conventional movement, but with the focus of a single leg movement. Try it. It may take time to adjust, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll learn to love it. Try this: B-Stance RDLs 4-5sets of 10-20 reps per leg Superset with B-Stance Barbell Hip Thrusters. Same sets and reps. 💥GLUTE WORKOUT . Tag someone who wants to build a bigger butt 👊🏼 . Here’s a little workout that’s focused almost entirely around your glutes. Ideally I would suggest to make this a “leg day” or add in other muscle groups but I know how much everyone wants to grow their glutes. You’ve gotta hit them hard and a few times a week 😎 . You should do some light cardio for 3-5 mins to get warmed up and then stretch out your hip flexors to be able to maximally extend the hips (search for couch stretch) - after that you want to get your glutes ACTIVATED so that you can “feel” them contract . Next step is to BUILD them. This is in the 10-12 rep range and you go as heavy as you can while keeping great form 👍🏼 . The FINISH portion can be put as a little Cardio finisher on any day. It’s just 3 glute focused movements that you can do quickly, without using much weight and the goal is to get your heart rate up . #happyhumpday here’s a personal progress 📸 it definitely possible to grow a booty naturally but it takes time. After my second son I still had booty but it wasn’t the same. ALMOST didn’t go to the gym today. Why?... I couldn’t find my sports bra 😂. • • • • 🗣That was my excuse ‼️. After I found one, I walked around the apartment making excuses about being too busy... the dishwasher needs to be unloaded and Oliver needs dog food ... blah blah blah. hump dayyy🐪 this is my GO TO breakfast literally every morning. i just recently started adding in sweet potatoes and omgg🤤 life changed. i am not a chef and hate cooking but this takes less than 5 minutes and is super easy and can be taken on the go! 👉🏼don’t forget to double tap ❤️ 👉🏼don’t forget to save ✔️ ◾️EGG WHITE SCRAMBLE: ▪️i turn the stove on medium and spray with pam coconut oil so nothings sticks! (yes these are nonstick pans and shit still gets stuck ok use whatever ya want for food to not stick) ▪️i then pour in my 100% egg whites into the pan. i would say i use about 1/2 to 1 cup of egg whites depending on how hungry i am but i usually eye ball it! you can def use just normal eggs but know that eggs are high in fat so its whatever you need for the results you’re wanting right now! i use egg whites because it’s just protein, no fat or carbs. . ▪️i then take one slice of my turkey (or 2) depending how hungry i am that day and just use my hands to break it down into strips and put into the egg whites. i do the same with the spinach, i get about 2 handfuls of it. lastly i add my cherry tomatoes and i’m lazy so i dont cut them lmao but you can def cut them! . ▪️i let it sit till i start to see bubbling and then just start to move it around and chop it up so that it all cooks! ▪️i used sweet potato leftovers so i put them in the microwave for 2 minutes and then poured the scramble ontop! to make sweet potato chunks, skin it, chop it and put in the oven at 425* for 20-25 mins! . ▪️lastly i put the reduced fat mozzarella cheese on it and that’s it! i also put some pepper and sometimes i add salsa which is the last slide! super easy and super convenient. *these are just averages⬇️*) ◾️MACROS: 4.9 g of fat, 19.4 g of carbs, and 30g of protein. ◾️MICROS: 451 g of sodium (mainly from turkey and cheese), 4g of fiber, and 5g of sugar. ◾️310 CALS TOTAL!

Transformation Tuesday with the glute gains. 2014➡️2019. I’ve always been interested in fitness and In the first photo i started introducing myself to that world but was still figuring things out(Not like I have it all figured out now 🙈) but when I found what made me feel good I stuck with it. Picking up a weight has been the best thing I have ever done for my body and mind. Weight training has made me stronger both physically and mentally.
