Just got done with a run but I forgot to take a picture on it! Just got my first run in with my @hokaoneone rincons! Running has always been the most difficult exercise for me, it tests me the most at this weight. Hit a nice little 285lbs for my top set on Deadlifts yesterday 🤓⠀ ⠀ My top set was a 1x2 @ RPE 8 (RPE 8 means you’d pick a weight that you can do for the prescribed amount of reps while leaving ~2 reps left in the tank). ⠀ ⠀ Deadlifts are starting to move nicely and I can feel my strength increasing! Haven’t had this type of energy to workout in a long time.
