💜 When craving a healthy treat, this is what I like to go for. This frozen yumminess can be enjoyed just as good for breakfast as for dessert. Just add 1 banana with 1 cup of mixed frozen berries and 1/2 cup of frozen mango in the food processor or high speed blender, and process until smooth and creamy. Top with berries and add some seeds and dried coconut flakes for some extra crunch if desired. ‘ Enjoy!

Sweet potato mac n cheese 😋 creamy and comforting recipe served with some brussels sprouts! .by @vegamelon . . . ・・・ 👉But first follow @foodievis  for Free Recipes, from smoothie bowls to desserts and everthing in between 😍 ・・・ . . . creamy sweet potato mac and cheese (serves 3) -8 oz (225g) dry pasta -1 medium sweet potato (~250g), peeled and chopped -3 tbsp (20g) nutritional yeast -3 cloves garlic -1/2 tsp each: salt, black pepper, chili flakes (or to taste) -1/2 cup (~70g) almonds, toasted -1/2 cup (120g) plant-based milk, plus more as needed, -1-2 tbsp lemon juice, to taste ​. Steam, boil, or bake the sweet potato until fork-tender, then let cool for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil your pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside. In a blender, combine everything except for the pasta and blend well. Add more milk as needed to reach a smooth consistency. “What do I eat for breakfast” I get this question a lot 🥑🥞 ⠀ I personally think breakfast is the easiest because you can simply start with oatmeal. Always pick organic still cut or rolled oats never go for “fast cook” one. Moats grains are highly sprayed with pesticides and other chemicals. Cook your oatmeal on coconut, almond or simply water add berries or fruits of choice or for savory oats add some hummus, pesto and avocado. ⠀ The other simple option are fruits and berries. I usually do fruits and berries when I ate out and it was something heavy like tacos, burritos or veggie burgers. And yes this is a complete meal and don’t even worry about protein I’ve never met any protein different vegan yet and sure never will. You can have your protein later in a day. ⠀ Who doesn’t like avocado toast? That’s another healthy option if you make it on gluten free, sourdough bred topped with some greens and veggies. ⠀ Beans for breakfast? Easy! You can make chickpea flour pancakes 🥞 Those can be with a fruit of choice and also savory with guacamole and some side salad. ⠀ And my favorite option is SMOOTHIE! I make those a lot. It can be just drinkable smoothie or smoothie bowl. You can experiment and come up with a taste you love. In smoothie you can hide some healthy foods like kale or some nutritious seeds but covered with a taste of fruits and berries. ⠀ I don’t have anything against organic bananas however I try not to use them often in smoothies just to experiment with different taste and texture. To sweeten my smoothies I use coconut water making sure it’s coconut water with no additives, figs, dates and Jerusalem artichoke syrup. ⠀ I don’t use nuts or nut butter often, instead I use a lot of seeds: hemp, chia, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and flax. For protein lovers 30 grams (2 Tbsp) of hemp seeds along contain 10 g of protein. ⠀ Also invest in a good blender. I was using Nutribullet for years and a few months ago I got @vitamix and it was such a game changer. ⠀
