Do not cook paneer for long time it will become hard) Done. just the same old pasta salmon plate that i don’t ever get sick of 🤤 this time, i made butter garlic “parmesan” rotini with nutritional yeast! nutritional yeast has added protein, vitamins and minerals! it’s great sprinkled over pasta, soup or on top of pizza. it’s like a “vegan parmesan”. it’s one of the staple foods i always have on hand! the garlic “parmesan” was made by browning 2 garlic cloves with 1 tbsp himalayan pink salt ghee. then i added 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, tossed in 2 tbsp fresh basil, 1/4 cup halved grape tomatoes and salt + pepper to taste! the salmon was baked with a olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried basil at 425F for 20 minutes! topped with a lemon squeeze 🍋 . When breakfast looks THIS good 😍😍😍 DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA BAKED OATS 🍌🍫 I know it's hot right now but this can be enjoyed cold too! ☀️ . . Ingredients: 200g oats [I used @thegreatbritishporridgeco Classic Chocolate oats] 2 scoops vanilla protein powder @freesoulsistas 30g cocoa powder 40g sweetener @natvia_uk 1 tsp baking powder 2 bananas (1 mashed, 1 sliced) 300ml milk of choice @mightypeauk 1 egg (can be flax egg) 1 tsp vanilla extract 6 tsp @skinnyfoodco no added sugar Duo Chocolate Spread 1 x 70g bar dark chocolate @ohso_goodforyou . . Preheat the oven to 180C and grease an ovenproof dish. Mix together the oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, the mashed banana, milk, egg and vanilla until well combined. Spoon into the dish then arrange the sliced banana on top. Add in dollops of the chocolate spread then scatter over the chocolate chunks then press in gently. Porridge alle fragole!! Stamattina apro il frigo e mi accorgo che avevo delle fragole che stavano per andare a male,quindi perché non farci un porridge?? Ingredienti✨: -5/6 fragole 🍓 (o quante ne volete) -60g di fiocchi di avena -200/250ml di latte Topping: -cioccolato fondente -cereali soffiati -frutta secca -semi di chia Procedimento: Mettete in un pentolino latte e fiocchi d’avena e portate al bollire. Nel frattempo spezzettatevi dentro delle fragole e fate cuocere con il porridge. Ragi oats idli... Healthy tasty idli...🥕💪🥗😋😀 INGREDIENTS: Ragi - 1cup Powdered oats - 1/2 cup Suji/Rava - 1/2 cup Curd - 3/4 cup Baking powder/ Eno fruit salt - 3/4 tsp Curry leaves - 1 sprig Coriander leaves - few Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Jeera - 1 tsp Grated carrot - 1 Urad dal - 1 tsp Salt - to taste Oil/ghee - 2 tsp Ginger chopped - 1 tsp Green chillies - 2 finely chopped COOKING PROCESS : 1. Combine ragi, oats, sooji, curd and salt in a bowl. Add water to make a thick batter. 2. Allow to rest for 15min. 3. Heat oil in a pan and add Mustard seeds, jeera, Urad dal, curry leaves. Once they start cracking add green chillies, ginger, carrot and Coriander leaves. Saute them for 2min. 4. Switch off the stove and keep aside. Add salt, seasoning mixture, baking powder to idli batter and mix well. 5. Preheat idli steamer with water. Grease the idli plates and pour ragi oats idli batter into idli moulds. 6. Place into idli steamer and steam idlies for 10-15 min. 7. Once steamed, remove the idlies from steamer and keep aside for 5min. Idlies will come out clean when you take them out of moulds. Can be served with chutney of your interest. CALORIE COUNT: Ragi oats rava idli - one - 81 cal HEALTH BENEFITS: 1) Ragi is a whole grain that is gluten-free. I make a big batch of this cashew cheese sauce almost every week and eat it with everything 😍 - - lunch details 👉🏻 . Buffalo Cauliflower:- . 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces, added 2 tbsp olive oil baked at 425 for 25 minutes on the same pan as the sweet potatoes. Then added to a bowl and coated with 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 1/3 cup hot sauce 1/4 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp garlic Sprinkle of salt Broil for 2-3 minutes - Cashew Cheese Sauce: 1 cup soaked cashews (soak for at least 4 hours- overnight) 1 cup water 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp garlice powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp Chipotle powder Combine everything in a blender or food processor and purée. . Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Quinoa topped with Banana & Apple Slices and Strawberry Ingredients 1/2 cup quinoa 1 1/2 cups water 2 medium Apples 2 tsp ground cinnamon Full Cream/Fresh Milk Banana & Apple Slices and Strawberry for toppings Instructions Peel and core both apples. Chop them into bite-sized pieces. Add quinoa, water and apples to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to simmer for 20 - 25 minutes. Add the cinnamon, stir it and once done transfer mixture to bowls. Got inspired by @carmenhuter (go to her profile for the original vegan recipe!) to make blueberry crumble. I am renaming it ‘blueberry oat bake’ and therefore deem it breakfast food 😋⁠ .⁠ .⁠ Here is my modified version:⁠ *1 cup of blueberries ⁠ *a little bit of lemon juice ⁠ *1/2 tbsp coconut sugar ⁠ *3 tbsp oats ⁠ *1 tbsp spelt flour ⁠ *1 tbsp butter⁠ .⁠ .⁠ *Mix blueberries and lemon juice and put into a small ovenproof dish. ⁠ *Mix sugar, oats, flour and sugar and crumble over the blueberries. ⁠ *Bake for about 30 min at 350 Fahrenheit. ⁠ .⁠ .⁠ Enjoy while warm! What Ya Need 👇🏽 . . 💕1 cup dry quinoa (rinsed). 💕1.5 cups water. 💕1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves plus extra to taste. 💕1/2 lime, zest and juice (see notes). 💕1-2 TBSP olive oil or avocado oil salt + pepper to taste. . . What to Do 👇🏽 . . ✨First rinse and drain your quinoa using a mesh strainer or sieve. . ✨Bring a medium saucepan to medium heat and lightly toast the quinoa to remove any excess water. Stir as it toasts for just a few minutes. This step is optional but really adds to the nuttiness and fluff factor of the quinoa! . ✨Next add your water, set burner to high, and bring to a boil. . ✨Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer, covered with the lid slightly ajar, for 12-13 minutes or until quinoa is fluffy and the liquid has been absorbed. . ✨Add chopped cilantro, lime juice, lime zest and oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. . ✨Toss to combine and taste. . ✨Add any extra cilantro, lime, or seasoning that your heart desires and dig in! . ✨Leftovers taste great and can be stored in the fridge for up to four days. . 🔥Hot Tip: The quinoa will soak up the lime and oil so, to amp up the flavor, add a little extra dressing the next day and you're good to go! Having Crohn's disease means that I typically don't get to eat what's served at social functions.  I'm sensitive to fiber, acidic foods, and spicy foods. . (The last time I ate a few bites of salad, I was in so much pain I ended up in the ER a couple of days before Christmas.) . One of the women finally convinced me to try a few bites of the breakfast casserole, which I hesitantly agree to. . I tentatively took a small bite, and then I almost died. . That’s until I went and saw Dr. Michael Greger speak in Florida earlier this year. He said smoothies are great, but you want to drink them slow so that you don’t get a blood sugar spike and subsequent crash. Envision eating the whole contents of what is going in your smoothie (like a big bowl of fruit or a salad) and how long it would take you to eat it! . ✔️This is one of my favorite berry smoothies lately. My mom would make these healthy breakfast paninis for breakfast before school when I was growing up - the crispy bread with the hot and melty egg & cheese is 💯✨ . ▪️1/2 tsp Olive Oil▪️1/2 Cup Spinach▪️2 Eggs, scrambled▪️2 Slices Thin-Sliced @daveskillerbread▪️1 Slice Swiss Cheese▪️ . 1️⃣ Sauté the spinach in olive oil until tender; add the eggs and cook in one thin layer on the pan 2️⃣ Fold the egg into a square and place it on the bread with a slice of Swiss cheese 3️⃣ Panini press for 3 minutes or until golden and crispy . ⏲10 minute total prep + cook time

Skillet Hash with Potatoes, Eggs and Bacon Ingredients: 4 potatoes, chopped into 1/2” pieces 4 eggs 2 bell peppers, diced (I used orange and red bell peppers, but any bell peppers will work) 1 small red onion, diced 4 cloves of garlic, chopped 6 strips of bacon 2 cups of chopped kale Salt and pepper to taste Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, hot sauce 1. Cook the chopped potatoes in a glass bowl, in the microwave, for 4 minutes, so they are partially cooked. Set aside. 2. On medium heat, cook bacon in skillet. 3. Remove and set aside the bacon once it is fully cooked and dab off grease with paper towel. 4. Use the bacon grease that is already in the skillet to stir in and cook the diced onions, peppers and garlic until tender, on medium-high heat. Stir frequently. 5. Add the partially-cooked potatoes and cooked bacon to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium-high heat, stirring frequently. 6. Add the chopped kale and cook until tender. 7. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. 8. Make 4 wells in the skillet for the eggs. Crack each egg into a well in the skillet and cook until eggs are set and yolk is cooked through. 9. When a new mom is sharing her breakfast recipe, many hours past the dinner time, one must know .... it is a tasty treat. 😋😋 As soon as I got up from bed in the morning (after feeding, burping, rocking and making my little burrito sleep) I was HUNGRY.....and to my dismay my snack container was left with just one laddoo. I stuffed my mouth with it and checked my refrigerator.....and there my savior sparkled 👱👱...... a bowl full of precooked and chuncky steel cut oats (thanks to my hubby's more than required amount of meal preps). (Now the RECIPE :) I immediately put a skillet on gas top with one cup of milk and one cup of water in it and added 4 table spoon of mother horlicks and mixed till it was completly dissolved. Now I added the one cup of that chucky precooked oats, 2 tb spn of coconut sugar, 2 tb spn of flax meal and a pinch of salt. And using back of a laddle I broke those oaty chuncks and mixed everything well and covered it for a couple of minutes. Till then I chopped an apple into bite size pcs. Now, as the porridge was thickened and creamy to look at I added apple along with some black currants and grape raisins....mixed well and covered and put down from gas stove. After 2 -3 minutes I served them on plates and spinkled some sunflower seeds on top for some extra crunch. And the breakfast was ready in a 10 minutes. You must try this. Vegan caesar salad with crispy chickpeas, coconut bacon and a cashew-less dressing ✨ Before I went vegan I was a HUGE fan of Caesar salad- it was one of the things I thought I’d miss the most- but luckily this salad more than makes up for it 🙌🏼 Although I love cashews as much as the next person, they can be seriously expensive 👀 Instead is a cashew base I use sunflower seeds, which are a fraction of the cost and still delicious 🌿. . To make👇🏼: Start by draining and rinsing a can of chickpeas. Toss in a bowl with 1 tsp each of oregano, garlic powder + onion powder. Bake for 25 minutes at 450 F. l Meanwhile, blend together 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp water, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp Dijon, 1 tbsp maple syrup, the juice of 1/2 lemon + a pinch of salt and pepper. Гранола с творогом - идеальный завтрак для вашего кбжу! ⠀ Тут и белок с молочки, углеводы с каши и сухофруктов, жиры с семян и орехов.🙌🏻 А ещё такой продукт можно приготовить раз и использовать, когда нет времени. ⠀ Ингредиенты: ⠀ Овсянка Орехи Семена Сухофрукты Кокосовое масло Мёд или сироп с агавы Какао или корица ⠀ Смешиваем всё, кроме орехов и сухофруктов. Хорошенько колотим, чтобы кокосовое масло покрыло все хлопья и они не склеились. Ставим в духовку на 15-20 минут. Не доводим до чёрного цвета😅 ⠀ После добавляем сухофрукты и орехи. Можно поставить ещё на 5 минут в духовку, чтобы они стали твердей. ⠀ Я очень люблю вещи, которые можно похрумать.🐹 ⠀ Гранола для творога, чиа десертов, молока и просто доесть углеводиков готова.💫

INGREDIENTS (Servings 2): • 1/2 large sweet potato. • Cooking spray. • Salt and pepper to taste. . INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Using a large sharp knife, slice the sweet potato lengthwise down the middle. With a steady hand, make 4-5 thin slices about 1/4"-1/3" thick from the middle of the sweet potato. You can keep the skin or discard. I prefer keeping the skin. 2. Spray sweet potato slices with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper TOASTER INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Insert slices into toaster (similar to bread) and toast the slices on high.
