Love me some headstands 💛🧘🏼‍♀️ Realised again how important it is to listen to your body! Decided to go to bed without setting an alarm, just because my day was pretty intense yesterday. I woke up feeling amazing and so well rested😍 I had a maaassive lie in, breakfast in bed and a really slow yoga sesh to wake up my body, when I was finally ready to get out of bed. I won’t be going to the gym, I’ll have a nice rest day. TRAINING SPLITS by @kruckifitness Follow @gymbodybuilding_unoin - I've been getting a lot of questions about training splits, and the best way to approach a split once you decide how many days you can go to the gym every week. For the 4,5 and 6 day splits, I'd say these are the bets ways to approach each one. - It's important that for any of the splits, that you have strength and hypertrophy days. Strength days will help increase muscle building potential, and the hypertrophy days will help build the muscle. For the 6 day split, the first push, pull, leg days are for strength, and the other second ppl days are for hypertrophy. - You can build muscle with any of these splits, so make sure you pick the one that you feel you can really stick to. Dalam jumlah yang pas, lemak memiliki fungsi yang cukup vital di dalam tubuh kita seperti sebagai bahan penyusun sistem syaraf, bahan utama hormon sex, dan pelarut vitamin seperti A,D,E dan K. Berdasarkan rekomendasi, konsumsi lemak harian tidak boleh lebih dari 25% dari total energi harian atau setara dengan sekitar 67 gram lemak per hari. . Sama seperti karbohidrat, selain memperhatikan jumlahnya, kita juga perlu memilih jenis makanan yang mengandung lemak yang sehat atau biasa dikenal dengan lemak tidak jenuh. Berdasarkan data, zat gizi ini merupakan yang paling rendah konsumsinya terutama di orang Indonesia. Padahal, selain sebagai sumber energi protein juga berfungsi sebagai penyusun hormon/enzim dan juga serat-serta otot manusia. Dalam sehari, rata-rata dibutuhkan protein sebanyak 0,8 gram / kg berat badan. Jika seseorang memiliki bobot 60 kg, maka kebutuhan protein minimal 0,8 x 60 = 48 gram protein per hari. Kebutuhan ini dapat meningkat sesuai kondisi fisik, misalkan atlet/orang yang ingin membentuk massa otot lebih besar. Sumber protein didapat dari makanan seperti daging, ikan, susu, tahu, telur, kacang-kacangan dan tempe. Perlu diperhatikan bahwa, makanan sumber protein biasanya mengandung lemak juga, terutama jika bersumber dari hewan (protein hewani) maka kita perlu secara bijak memilih sumber protein yang lebih sehat yaitu mengandung lemak rendah atau lebih dominan lemak sehat/lemak tidak jenuh.
