Standing Calf Raises This a excellent exercise to build your calf muscles 💪🏾. Once you at the top of the movement squeeze it so you get the full engagement of your calves. Because your calves are small muscle group you need to perform them from the rep range 15-25 reps. Personally working your calves once a week is not enough. You need to work them 5 times a week at the end of your workout. Each day I switch it up from standing calf raises, single leg calf raises, calf raise machine etc. I do that so that I get bored of doing the same thing. Cześć! Stworzyłem ten profil z myślą o tych, którzy szybko się poddają przy progresowaniu w sile czy elementach w kalistenice, zamierzam pokazywać wam, że nie wszystko przychodzi od razu i że trzeba się uzbroić w cierpliwość by osiągać wyniki. 🤸🤸‍♀️ Sam ćwiczę około roku, więc staż krótki, ale pewnymi wnioskami mogę się podzielić z początkującymi 😊 Na profilu będę zamieszczał swój własny progress w osiąganiu celi oraz porady dotyczące treningu, diety czy też mindsetu 💪 ❗Jeśli chodzi o backlevera, to między pierwszym filmem, a trzecim ćwiczyłem go w wersji tuck, a później z jedną nogą wyprostowaną, do straddle dochodziłem koło 2 tygodnie❗ Wszystkie te progresje trenuje systemem 30 sekund - próba utrzymania danej pozycji przez 30s w jak najmniejszej ilości prób, w momencie, kiedy możemy utrzymać pozycje przez 30 sekund w jednym podejściu, przechodzimy do kolejnej, cięższej progresji. Do more than what is required of you if you want to excel at anything in life. Threw on the 10 Pound Vest for day 16 of the October Burpee Challenge to add some extra difficulty to the workout. Today was 10 sets of 8 with a 10 second rest between sets.
