F A J I T A B O W L F R I D A Y 🍚 I tend to get a lot of people asking what I eat and how I stay on track. I don't really think I stay on track I'm just aware that my body needs fuel to do all the crazy things I do. For a start my work has 8 flights of stairs that I like to utilise each and everyday. When I was young I'd have low calorie meals, skip meals and not nearly eat as much as I needed to. Now I see food as fuel and giving my body the macronutrients and micronutrients it needs to perform my daily life let alone the weight lifting, the commuting and the classes I like to do. This fajita bowl has protein, carbs, fats and veggies to fuel me through. Instead of dips which are quite high in fats I use a yoghurt as it's fermented and contains probiotics so it's super good for my gut. It's also high in protein. Our bodies need protein as we can't store it unlike fats and and carbs. So make sure you're not skipping your proteins folks ❤️ Happy Friday 🍚⭐️

When you get home late from dinner but you still got to wait for a while til bed (Marcus got home late so I stayed up 🙈).. pjs on, kettle on and this epic creation was devoured 😜 chips ahoy milka sandwiched together with cookie dough & a cookie dough protein bar 😍 Despite the disappointing lack of chocolate coating the bar wasn't too bad.. not the worst I've had but definitely wouldn't buy one! Milka never fails to disappoint though 😍🙃 It's FINALLY FriYayyyy 🎈🎉💃🏻 Who's excited for @kerbfood 5th birthday party!? The line up sounds INSANE! These past days have been crazy! I started uni again this week after basically a whole year of not being able to go to my classes because of anxiety, being depressed or binging. But I made the decision that I will start again this semester, do my best so that hopefully I can graduate next spring/summer. So far I am liking all my classes but it is very hard being at a campus where previously people knew you as "that weird quiet anorexic girl" when now I look nothing like that and quite the opposite in fact. Otherwise, it's been very stressful combined with work and ballet so that I ended up with only one free day a week, all the other six I am busy pretty much from morning til night. The good thing is that this has always helped me to prevent binging, and while I did b/p last wednesday, I didn't let it continue to thursday and friday (like I usually do) but was able to pull myself together. Aquí tenéis la receta de estos ricos muffins de chocolate, #sugarfree #eggfree #dairyfree . 40 g de harina de avena 1 plátano 1 cucharadita de semillas de chia 1/2 taza de agua Levadura 1 onza de chocolate negro Canela . 1. Precalienta el horno a 180°. Tritura el plátano con el agua y agrega las semillas de chia, mezclándolo bien 2. En un recipiente, mezcla la harina, la levadura y la canela 3. Agrega la mezcla de plátano y chia e intégralo bien 4. Trocea el chocolate y agrégalo a la masa 5. Vierte la masa en moldes y hornea durante 25 minutos ❤

林東芳牛肉麵 📝8.5/10 It’s been too long! Totally my bad😞 Anyways let’s get down to business! This beef noodle restaurant is very famour and popular in Taipei which always has a queue at the door! The broth is clean and has mild sweetness. The beef and tendon were the best I have had in my life - incredibly tender which melts in your mouth (which is rarely the case for beef noodles). Personally I prefer a different restaurant’s noodles due to the chewiness and softness (the noodles here are a bit tougher which someone may like if you like Italian style pasta). All in all a must-go in Taipei. GUESS WHO IS GOING TO DUBLIN TODAY ......... GUESSED YET????? ..... YAAAAAS I AM 🙋🏽💃🏽🙋🏽💃🏽🙋🏽. . I am currently sat in the airport waiting to get on the plane ✈️. I am going to celebrate my friends 21st and I actually can NOT wait to let my hair down after doing what feels like 100 hours of work this week 💆🏽. . . Of course i didnt make this bowl of oats when my alarm went off at 4am this morning. This was ma sexy bowl of oats that i had for lunch / pre lectures yesterday 🙋🏽. Oats are not just for breakfast ok :-). . I had my usual chocolate ‘cakey’ oats (recipe on my last oat post) and topped with LOADS of bloooooberies (as per usual) , a big old dollop of peanut butter 🥜. That dollop is my version of a ‘teaspoon’ serving 🥄😇. I also added some @musclefooduk 75% chocolate buttons and a lil sprinkle of the @musclefooduk protein cereal for a lil bit of crunch !!!! Oats keep me full for AGES AND AGES and now it’s basically Christmas 🎄 i will be having them even more (oooooo maybe i can have them for breaky, lunch AND dinner #GOALS) . . . . LASTLY , i have to tell you guys about ‘MACA’ powder 👏🏼. I have been adding it to my oats lately because i may of copied @sarahs_day and ordered myself a bag of @tropeaka maca powder. I am in love with it. Since using it i somehow feel less tired 💤 and more energised #WINNING. Maca also includes loads of vits and mins and also over 20 amino acids, including 8 essential amino acids. I am not a nutritionist or anything like DAAAAAT but have a lil google and look at some well respected research and honestly the benefits of Maca will blow ya mind. Making my superfood porridge for breakfast today! Its finally sunny outside after a whole week of rain so what better way to celebrate than with this! I love using superfoods to make my food because it makes it 100x prettier and more delicious. Its not necessary to use all of them in order to be healthy eating a plant based diet (like most people think) but they are so delicious i just cannot resist! To make my superfood porridge: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp maca powder, 1/2 - 1 tbsp spirulina powder (depends on taste), 1 tbsp MSM powder (helps to build collagen and with skin health), 1 tbsp hemp seed butter, 1/4 tsp vainilla powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp agave and pinch of pink Himalayan salt. Top with some superfood granola (do you want the recipe?), fresh fruit and enjoy! Hope you have an awesome FRIDAY!

Progress picture! 6 months ago I was at 10% bodyfat and I was proud of myself. It was a dream come true. Something i thought i might never reach. When I was at 10% I realised there is a need for muscle mass. During the shred process i lost more than 5 kgs muscle mass. So now I am hoping to bulk for a long time. In my urgency to bulk I went overboard and got myself at 20% bodyfat. Let's see how this game plays out. Last nights dinner was at Tempo on high street in Northcote. I got the Napoli gnocchi with lots of cheese grated on top because yum 🤤🤤 Definitely going back soon, so I can try their peanut butter or salted caramel gelato...or both 😏😉 at TEMPO • Pizza • Bar • Gelato

What are you focusing your time on? Your outcome i.e. Your goal? Or your behaviours i.e. The things you need to do to achieve your goal? . Your goal may be to lose 20kg. Or to have awesome abs. Great! . . But waking up and thinking about that goal each day isn't going to make it happen. . . Instead you need to focus on performing the behaviours that will create the outcome.
