Here’s what I used to curb my intense cravings today and yesterday!! 4tbsp heavy whipping cream with 3 stevia packets and 1/2tbsp of cocoa powder and some strawberries😋 also my boyfriend found some flavored pork rinds so I got to try those out!! Yesterday’s first meal of the day! I’m a day behind posting everything😅 whoops, it’s been weird I woke up at 5pm yesterday and haven’t slept yet 👀 sooo that’s fun💔 I’m trying really hard to stay awake until a more acceptable time to sleep so maybe I’ll fix myself😅 and now my eating is all screwed up because I mean I don’t know if I should just fast till I sleep then eat when I wake up or do I just eat whenever I feel hungry?? Whoops forgot to post my other meal last night😅 I had a portion of chicken stew I made the day before yesterday! Go meal planning! First meal of the day! I went to bed at 9am and woke up at 6:30pm then had my first meal at 9:40pm🤷🏻‍♀️ I made Breakfast meatloaf last night and put it in the fridge for the next day, my none keto roommate snagged a piece while it was still hot and she loved it😊 today I had a piece with buttery Brussels sprouts☺️ I used the morning meatloaf recipe from wickedstuffed.com and it was super simple to make and I liked the sweet flavor! Sooo went to bed at 9am and woke up at 6:30pm soooo 🙃Meals for today(ish)! So today was really weird meal wise👀 yesterday I didn’t meet my protein count so today I was craving rotisserie chicken like all day lol so obviously that’s what I got for dinner(breakfast?) at like 7:30pm and I literally ate my entire protein count in one sitting😳😬 then for my second meal I was just craving a salad with dressing! So this is yesterday’s meal lol I haven’t even slept yet and it’s almost 8:30am😭😭 I’m so tired but I just can’t sleep send help🤕 I woke up at 4pm yesterday and I didn’t even get to eat until 12am last night because I was so busy yesterday! it sucked I was so hungry I was nauseous as hell, I hate it when that happens🙃 the only other thing I ate was 16pieces of pepperoni, 1oz cheddar, two tablespoons of sour cream and like maybe a cup of chopped Romain lettuce all mixed together👀 it was a desperation meal tbh but surprisingly not bad🤷🏻‍♀️ for my first meal yesterday I had a tuna zoodle casserole! More late posting!! Sorry! Sorry for late posting two days in a row😅 swip to see the rest of my food today! My sleep schedule is still screwed up, I got up at 2pm today and went to sleep at 6am😭 I have definitely caught my roommates cold as well so that’s really just swell😒😑 felt crappy and congested all day coughing my lungs out and I really couldn’t think of anything that sounded good to eat so I just had a plain cheese quesadilla with reduced sugar ketchup(because I have the pallet of a 5yo😂) ketchup with a cheese quesadilla is good ok don’t judge me😂 it probably wasn’t worth all the carbs in that “meal”(6.5g) but whatever it was good and I didn’t wanna eat anything else🤷🏻‍♀️ for dinner I had roasted 4.5oz of cauliflower and 1/2cup of halved radishes in the oven with garlic salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. Lunch today! Lunch! No breakfast😊 I bought a hunk of pork shoulder for a later recipe and had almost 1lb of meat leftover so I had 3oz of parsley, pepper, cumin, garlic salt, paprika, cayenne and onion powder😋seasoned pork shoulder for lunch💘 I roasted it with 3/4cup of radishes and butter plus similar seasonings minus the parsley, cumin, cayenne, and paprika. Dinner!!! I made Friday night tacos!!❤️ the shells are made out of 1oz cheddar fried in a pan😋 why didn’t I try this sooner😭 I mixed one tube of ground beef with half a tube of chorizo, seasoning that I’ll link below, topped with one avocado blended with my new immersion blender💖(which I love by the way) two tablespoons of sour cream, one ounce of cheese and a big handful of shredded romain lettuce!! Sigh I changed tabs for a sec and Instagram re loaded and deleted everything I typed🤦🏻‍♀️ lol gotta start all over again😂 anyway I totally spaced yesterday and forgot to post my picture of dinner😅 even though I actually took a picture I liked for once🙄 I'm an airhead sometimes I swear😂 I had a burger with mayo and mustard, wrapped in lettuce, 4oz shrimp cooked in 1tbsp of butter and one medium zucchini sliced and cooked in the leftover butter from the shrimp and a little peanut &sesame oil😋soo good! Today has been a really weird, disorienting day for me! I didn't wake up till 4 in the afternoon😳 it sucked! So last night I was unusually sleepy around midnight so I went to my bedroom to sleep with the boyfriend and wound up just laying there until like 2:30am so I get up to go to the couch and watch some tv, laid there listening to TWD with my eyes closed until 5AM!!😭 boyfriend gets up soon at that point so I go to our room and lay down in bed, 6am comes and my boyfriend gets ready for work(I may have guilted him into staying in bed with me for longer because I was feeling so freaking tired at this point😞 he leaves around 8am so I get up and go to the couch again and just laid there till after 10:30am!! I swear nothing I post ever looks good 😂 I promise it tastes better than it looks! I just don't have the plating skills lol also I really need to get better about eating more veggies and greens, I keep saying it but I need to work harder and actually do it!💪🏻 no breakfast today and for lunch I had a big cup of beef bone broth with a tablespoon of butter😋 idk if that counts as a water/broth fast or what lol I wasn't really trying I just wanted some broth🤷🏻‍♀️ accidental fast woot!😂 not a big fast just 14hr 40min(I use an app to track how many hours since I last ate) but I'll take it😅 it does kinda suck trying to get all my macros in at dinner tbh I always end up being short then getting the urge to snack later in the night since I'm usually up until at least 1am.... just another thing on the list of things that I need to work on! Lunch! No breakfast today😊 was our running errands and the boyfriend wanted Burger King so I got the rodeo king with no bun and no sauce, I asked for mayo and mustard but they added mayo and ketchup instead🤦🏻‍♀️ I was able to scrape most of it off. This ended up being higher in carbs than I thought 😬 I assumed the crunchy onions would make the total around 6-7g carbs but instead it was 12g!!! Oops oh well I'll just be a little carful for dinner! I think in reality the net carbs aren't that high because there wasn't that much onion bits on my burger plus they only calculate carbs not net carbs but I'll stay on the safe side anyway! Sorry for no posts yesterday!! It was my birthday and I was busy😊 ugh I feel old.... everyone keeps making fun of me for saying so but I do! I actually spent most of the day cleaning and organizing my apartment lol I didn't have any plans till 3 when my dad came for a visit for about a hour and a half then at 5 I had a couple friends over😊I thought about making a keto cake but I probably would have been the only person to eat any lol. Not very pretty but hey as long as it tastes good lmao had an early birthday lunch and day out with a friend today. we went to Burger King because she wanted to try those spicy mac n' cheetoes things. Honestly I really liked the normal ones back before I did keto and I was a huge fan of spicy cheetoes so i had to resist temptation👀🤤 I ended up getting the bacon king jr. with no bun then I just got packets of mayo and mustard to add myself😁 I'm really grateful to food places that have a nutrition calculator on their website because it makes my life a thousand times easier😌 I like McDonald's calculator better but at least Burger King has one!! It was actually super crazy, I just remember! While we were in the drive through paying, some guy stormed into the Burger King and knocked over all the cups and started screaming about how he was going to "kick your ass" to the manager and yelling that his fries weren't fresh and he wanted new fries😳 the manager ended up calling the cops because the guy wouldn't leave! He did leave once the manager was talking to the operator but jeeze I guess he just really wanted those fries... he was leaning over the counter in the managers face and everything talking about his rights like??? Tomorrow is my birthday so a friend treated me to a sugar free strawberry Italian soda with heavy cream😋💝 so yummy! I ended up falling asleep super early last night and didn't end up eating dinner! Broke my fast after 61hrs with a couple pieces of salami and some mozzarella sticks😊 didn't meet my goal of 72hrs but that's ok! I started feeling sick and had bad heartburn so I just had a little snack and went to bed😅 before I went to sleep I prepared this slow cooker chicken stew from ruled.me😊 i had some for brunch today and it was awesome🤤 the only changes I made was adding smoked paprika, pepper, 3 sticks of celery, more butter and I used 1/3-1/2 of a pablano pepper instead of a green pepper! Once again I fail to post on the actual day I ate this but oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️ Boyfriend made me some anniversary brunch yesterday☺️💝sorta kinda eggs benedict lol. one ham steak(I thought there was two in the package but nope just one massive one😂) 100g of asparagus(i made fun of him for playing it under the steak instead of on top) and one poached egg, all topped with hollandaise sauce☺️ Unfortunately when he made this for me he misread some of the ingredients(I double checked when he was done😅) so the carb & protein count is allot higher than it was supposed to be but that's ok it was really filling!! Celebrating my 4yr anniversary with my boyfriend this weekend so I felt like being fancy and having raw oysters and blue cheese stuffed olives for dinner!! Last nights dinner! 😣 I need to get better at posting these on the same day I eat them lol. 2 1/2 zucchini's baked with a couple tbsp of butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chilli powder and lemon juice then topped with 1/2 cup cheddar and I was happily surprised to find 1oz of leftover feta so I added that as well, just to use it up☺️ NUTRITION(for entire dish): total net carbs: 13 protein: 23.6 fat: 52.5. Not the prettiest picture but here's a chocolate pumpkin pie cheesecake I made the other day🤤I found this at ibreathimhungry.com it was AMAZING my non keto friends thought I was cheating on my diet 😛 I froze most of it because it makes 16 servings😱 and one piece is super filling!
