Friday was calling for snow, so I bumped up my workout to Thursday thinking "aha snow storm, I'll show you!" But then Fridays "snowstorm" came and went with little disruption. . Today it is pouring rain so I will spend the day inside doing my workout, meal prepping for the week, cooking dinner & cleaning the house! It is one of my favourite days of the week as it's meal prep time ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ this is our fridge, I loooove a good clean & organised fridge ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ on the top shelf olive oil spread, feta cheese, vintage cheese, Parmesan cheese, @chobani yogurt, @gippslanddairy yogurt, a mango & a pomegranate. On the second shelf is plums, apricots, chopped up strawberries, watermelon & rockmelon. Third shelf is grapes, two verrrry ripe bananas, philly cream cheese, two dozen of fresh free range eggs from my parents and some corned beef. On the last shelf we have a cask of white wine for cooking, bacon, mince & steak ready for the week. In our crispier we have an abundance of fresh veggies and salad goodies!! Happy Sunday ๐Ÿ’›

Some bodyweight at-home cardio ideas for all you busy mamaโ€™s!! No equipment needed and some low impact options/modifications included for you pregnant and newly postpartum moms! 1. Jumping jacks 2. High knees 3. High knees mod 4. Butt kickers 5. Butt kickers mod 6. Skater hops 7. Skater hops mod 8. In and outs 9. Fast feet 10. Hop touches 11. Pliรฉ squat jumps 12. Soccer toe taps You can take 2 or more of these exercises and put together a quick little interval circuit. Just for an example you could do 45s on 15s rest alternating between jumping jacks, skater hops and in and outs. If you did 4 rounds of that you would have a quick little 12 min interval workout. ๐Ÿ’ฅ Boom! Quick and easy. Perfect for squeezing in during nap time!
