I’m not going to lie. I was a tad scared to post this.. But I’ve done it 💪🏽 The amount of chicken, rice and broccoli I’ve consumed in the last month and a half is crazy.. I’m surprised I haven’t actually turned into a chicken. But I can honestly feel the difference physically and mentally. I never thought I’d say this but I’m finally disciplined with my exercise and nutrition. The first picture in the purple bikini was only taken in August. I went to the gym but I never put enough effort into my workouts, and I didn’t have a balanced diet. It’s December, and I’m finally seeing change in my body.
