🔥 BODYWEIGHT HIIT 🔥 - I know my last video post was HIIT, but I do HIIT workouts 2-3 times a week so here’s some different exercises, some that I haven’t incorporated before! I took most of these workouts from @mikaylarose_fit because her workouts are amazing, and this session for suuuure killed me. - HIIT is a great way to burn a lot of fat in a shorter amount of time while also keeping muscle. ALL AREAS OF CHEST COVERED IN THIS ONE! 👌🏾 _ 1. INCLINE DB PRESS 4X10 (Angle the bench between 30°-45° for upper chest development) _ 2. FLAT BARBELL BENCH PRESS. 4X10 (Opptional: Add resistance band for more tension at the top of the movement) Middle/outer chest development. _ 3. TILTED DIPS. 4X10 BONUS SET TIL FAILURE.(Lean fowards slightly with feet crossed behind you to target more chest over triceps and turn elbows outwards. Add weights if needed). Lower chest development. _ 4.INCLINE SEATED CABLE FLYS. 4X10-15 (This targets upper/outer chest development with more tensions at the top of the movement compared to dumbbell flys. Slow control on the negative on this one. _ Consistency is key. Keep this in your routine for the next 4 weeks. Aim to increase either weights or reps or a combination of both. _ Let me know if you try it 💪🏾

Finally a tutorial on how to do the superman push ups. Note that this takes a lot of practice so be patient with it 😊 . 1. Close grip push ups - learn to push with your triceps because thats where most of the explosions will be. The closer your grip the more triceps it will work . 2. Start clapping in the air - this will encourage you to explode up in the air. . 3. Double claps - the highly you go the more claps you can do. Try to do as many as you can. . 4. Start jumping with your feet. Try to get some height the more you do the movement. The higher your able to go the better. . 5. Now stretch your arms and legs out as high as you can. Chest Day Baby 🍒 ▪️Premier exo pour bien commencer à faire travailler notre partie supérieure de nos pecs. Une prise suffisamment large à adapter en fonction des morphologies. Les pieds bien à plats au sol et les poignets bien droit ! Ne surtout pas les casser pour éviter de les abîmer 😬. La barre est à descendre juste au niveau postérieur de la poitrine. ▪️ Pieds bien à plat sur le sol et poignets non cassés, commencer par une prise serrée en pronation et descendez en contrôlant votre mouvement à écart de vos épaules juste au dessus de celles-ci. Ne pas trop descendre, ne pas trop écarter. ▪️Même position que précédemment, prise serrée au niveau de la partie basse de votre poitrine. Toujours descendre en contrôle son mouvement. ▪️Coudes légèrement fléchis, partir du haut le plus écarté possible et resserrer vers le bas. Essayer de donner le moins d’impulsions possible avec son dos ou ses épaules pour faire travailler le plus possible les pecs. Si c’est le cas, c’est que la charge est trop lourde. ▪️ Pour les pompes, vous connaissez, ce qui est important est de gainer tout le corps afin qu’il soit le plus droit possible, pas de dos cambré et d’épaule vers le haut 😉. In January 2017 i injured my right shoulders. I stopped training for 6 months. Lost alot of weights. Lost my right arms mobility cant rise my arm behind my head. So i cant squat with bar any more or do normal bench press with bars. I started to train again. I was straggling with 10lb dumbbell press lost all my upper body power. But it didnt stop me. I kept training and little by little im getting stronger and better. Now i can do 70lb dumbbell bench press. And Dibs with extra 10kg weights.
