Who is your ideal client? Anyone. How about a little more detail. You need to know who your ideal client is so you can market directly to them. Your message gets watered down when you try to be everything for everybody. You need to understand your ideal client's problems and assure them that you are the best choice to solve them. I was recently approached by a client who had outsourced their lead generation to an agency and clearly, they were not happy with the results. Their lead per cost was Rs.450-500 per lead and they were targeting PAN India. When I looked at each and every step of their funnel, a bit of tinkering helped to achieve CPL of Rs.86.05 So, these changes helped me to achieve results · Used Different types of creatives Their creatives were not at all attractive or giving out a clear message which can stop people while they are scrolling their feed. I used different types of creatives to test what works best (2 images and 1 video ad). I used images that clearly mention the message that I want to convey, and for video first, 5 sec were really really engaging. · Ad copy They were using really simple ad copy, even though I didn’t make many changes in the ad copy but adding a few important lines in the ad copy worked really well. · Lead Magnet I worked the most on optimizing lead magnet as they were not giving out value which can build trust with their customers. · Client Avatar Be very careful when you are targeting your ideal client, I targeted every possible interest related to my client niche whereas they were targeting huge. I used to target at least 10 interest at a time (10 adsets) and then scale high performing adsets and then keep on testing new interest along with scaling best-performing ones. Hope this helps. Doing so keeps you consistent, and helps you stay focused on your next task.⁣⁣ __⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ So the question should be, how often should you be sending out those marketing emails? ⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Here a few things to consider before making your decision: ⁣ ⁣ ◾ Customers generally want to hear from you more than once a month. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ◾ B2B emails are preferred less frequently but they still want to hear from you at least once a month. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ◾ Tuesdays are the best day to send emails, and Thursdays are the second best. By tuesday, people have had a chance to go through their weekend email backlog. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ◾The best times in the day to send emails are 6am, 10am, 2pm, and then between 8pm and midnight. Those times roughly correlate to morning break (to lunch), afternoon break, and when you are laying in bed on your phone. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ◾ It's always good to experiment. What does everyone need clarity on right now? I had a Zoom call last week with the lovely Rowena who I’ve known for a while who wanted to gain some clarity on her target audience, how to engage with them and how to network effectively to find her ideal client. How does your service or product solve a problem for them? When you are creating content you should be creating it with that one person in mind. Not knowing who exactly you're competing against can mean serious business failure. It means you won't even know if you're doing something really relevant in the market or you're just echoing what another person is saying. . . . You need to know who exactly you're targeting in the market, their pain-points, their dreams and who they give their maximum respect or attention to currently. . . . That person they give their attention to is your real competitor. And the truth is, repeating what the person is saying or doing does not make you a worthy competition. It only makes you an extension of the person's brand. . . . How do you compete effectively in whatever industry you find yourself? . . . 👉 study your terrain very well to see what others have already done, why they're doing It, what's working and why it's working. . . . 👉 look around for lapses and loop holes around what is currently obtainable and see how you can position yourself and your offers, using those lapses as a vantage point. . Sometimes, the lapses may not be in terms of operational effectiveness, skills, features or methods. A lot of times, the lapses could be in what others are not saying or emphasizing, or in the market segment they are not serving. . . . BUT then, before you can call someone a competitor, ensure you're targeting similar (audience) audience, fighting for the same position in the minds of those audience or running with similar mission. . . . I remain your clarity coach and your clarity remains my priority.

🔥Do you know your net promoter score?🔥⁣ ⁣ What’s that?⁣ ⁣ It’s a simple metric that allows you to determine what percentage of your clientele are die-hard promoters for your business. ⁣ ⁣ You determine your net promoter score by asking current clients the following question:⁣ ⁣ On a scale of 1-10, how likely are you to refer our business to family and friends?⁣ ➡️ People who answer between 1-6 are detractors⁣ ➡️ Those who answer 7-8 are passives⁣ ➡️ And your 9-10’s are promoters⁣ ⁣ To determine your net promoter score, simply subtract the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters and there you have it. ⁣ ⁣ Why does that matter? 🤔⁣ ⁣ You want MOST of your customers to be promoters. So, if your net score is below 50% then you know you’ve got some work to do to improve your client experience.
