The first exercise here is a Barbell Muscle Snatch. Itโ€™s easier than a regular Snatch but itโ€™s still pretty technical. - The second is a very similar exercise but done with Dumbbells. This one is much easier to learn. You're supposed to eat every 3-4 hours to keep blood sugars stable and not feel ravenous, right? Well, wrong. .โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € If you eat all the time: ๐Ÿ• you'll be constantly hungry. You've taugt your body to survive on a continuous inflow of glucose. When the 3 hours are up, you get tired, cranky, your stomach rumbles, you start getting shaky. Glucose is gone and the body doesn't know how to tap into the fat stores you're carrying around easily. If you're trying to lose weight, that's bad news. ๐Ÿ• your insulin levels will be constantly elevated. Insulin is a storage hormone and promotes the conversion of carbs into fats. If you want to tap into fat to lose weight, you have to lower insulin. If you want lower insulin, you have to stop constantly feeding yourself. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € So my challenge is to stop snacking. Have just 3 meals a day with nothing in between. You might be uncomfortable at first but your body will become fat adapted, there will be less energy crashes and you will lose weight more easily. Weightloss is a crazy thing... When you do it the right way and put in the work of better eating and exercise you loose weight but as time goes on you gain so much more from it. The confidence, courage, strength, proud, ambitious... These are just a few things I felt once I lost the weight. I know I always go on about how fantastic my home workout system is but since weโ€™ve been on lockdown Iโ€™ve really seen the benefits and made the most of the programs!!! Yesterday, we talked about discovering the processes and tools required for your growth. Today, I would love for us to talk about starting with what you have and consistency. One thing is sure that during a growth journey, all you need to complete your process will not all come at once on a platter of gold but with come as you grow but you must bear in mind that you will need to work way your way to get these things. While you do this I'd to advice you to be patient and consistent in your growth journey, keep putting in the required hardwork, be patient as you grow and do not be waved by the growth of others. Stay through to yours with patience and consistency.

Hey my beauties letโ€™s talk about macros :) & how you can calculate them ( please know is it not a do all end all :- youโ€™ll be okay if you donโ€™t count them ) , but they can be a building block for beginners . Macros are = to calories > Iโ€™ll explain Macros is broken down into 3 parts :- carbs , fat & protein . Can be moderate carb , low carb or high carb & etc (depending on what works best for your body) Iโ€™ll use myself as an example (just an example mine will not work for you , we all have different bodies , more muscle , less muscle etc. ) , I use tdee calculator to find out my macros I thrive on a higher carb moderate protein breakdown( 30/20/50) (30% protein , 20 fat , 50% carbs (from my calories) (92p,27f,153c) Calories for cutting 1224 but I up it to 1600-1700 as a love food & Iโ€™m very active & you shouldnโ€™t go below your BMR anyways. So there are 4 calories per gram of both protein & carbs & 9 calories per gram of fat . Carbs alloted:- 4x153 grams = 612 calories Protein alloted :- 4x92 grams = 368 calories Fats alloted :- 9x 27 grams = 243 calories Soo 612+368+243 =1223 calories ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’•. For me 30% of my food is for snacking on chocolate & cake lol lifestyle ๐Ÿ’ชโค๏ธ( so the extra 400 calories That arenโ€™t in my macros ) so basically tracking your macros is better than tracking your calories , as it helps you understand how much of each macronutrients you needs but for some it can be pretty restrictive if you start viewing food as just numbers , so it can be a building block in the beginning :- once you learn how much calories a slice of bread has in it , itโ€™s like the abcโ€™s you canโ€™t really unlearn that lol ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™Œโค๏ธ.
