Oh! You have to move the hips! 😂😂😂⁣ ⁣ Since I’m traveling I figured it was the PERFECT time to try something new.⁣ ⁣ I felt silly doing some of the moves. This type of workout is WAY outside my comfort zone. I love weights. Weights are my jam. Dancing workouts...not so much. ⁣ ⁣ I took a hip hop class once and laughed so hard at my lack of coordination and inability to grasp the moves, that it was the first and last time I did a dance workout.⁣ ⁣ But this was fun! I FEEL better. AND, I’ll tell ya, extra cash for a vacay or paying off a credit card feels pretty darn good. Plus?? ➕➕➕ It’s science. It’s the way our body is designed to feel when it gets what it needs. It’s a company doing it right. It’s people that grow together and build each other up. It’s a way to buy quality vitamins and probiotics off of a friend they actually know and love. It’s a way for parents to make an extra $300 a month for their kids sports or to pay the groceries, or if they choose - to make brain surgeon salary while wearing yoga pants from home OR STILL having your career. There are so many ways to do this. #thechoiceisyours I am thankful every day I decided to go for it. And friend, you can start skeptical (like me) and still build the health and life of you’re dreaming of😉💕

Can I be honest with you and tell you one of my biggest regrets? It's that I waited so stinking long and let myself feel so poorly for so long - waiting for the right time. You know, when the timing was better. I'd tell myself - just wait until xxx day and I'll do better then. Or, I can figure this out on my own. I have Google after all. I spent so long trying to figure out how to get healthy. How I could do it on my own. I had so much pride that I refused to ask for help. So many questions would overwhelm my mind. How was I gonna find time to workout? How was I gonna know what to eat - there is so much info out there how do I know what's truth and not just a fad? Can I even eat regular food? If I go to a gym? Then what?! Do I get a trainer? How will I know what to do? What about when the kids are sick or there is 35 ft of snow outside? Do I just skip those days? Do I get a nutritionist? How much will that cost? Will she walk beside me everyday and help me or will I see her once a week or once a month? How many different things do I have to figure out? I lived in a state of overwhelming paralysis for years. Or, I'd make an attempt only to quit as soon as it got hard. Then, instead of asking for help - I'd just ignore it until I had a meltdown. Then one day I saw a post from someone I followed on IG and she invited me into her community (again because I kept saying no) and encouraged me to try again. Guys I'm so glad I said yes. Best decision ever. I still have a long way to go, but can I tell you that I finally feel more in control of my body, my weight. I finally have hope that I can do this - lose this weight. Everytime the scale moves (in the right direction!), or I get stronger, or the inches drop and I start getting more toned, or I realize how good I'm feeling, or my clothes are less tight....I get so thankful it literally brings tears. And I want the same for you ❤️ So, if your anything like me and you know you need to start making better choices, you know you need to take better care of yourself, you know you want to feel better, to have more energy and focus - then I encourage you to think about finally saying yes to yoursel

The first 30 years of my life were spent moving poorly. I racked up injuries and asymmetries in all the usual places and possibly a few unusual ones as well. The knees made running intolerable, the shoulder couldn’t handle any of the traditional pressing exercises in the gym and the low back pain was an ever present phenomenon I could describe as irritating on good days and debilitating on bad ones. I finally decided that feeling bad was bullshit and not an acceptable “new normal”. —— Now at 41 I still have pain! Albeit significantly less. The difference is that I’m stronger, more mobile and have a giant fucking toolbox with which to deal with any situations that arise. All movements are back on the table. I feel in control of my body. When something hurts or is injured I know exactly what to do to get back on track and I have a pretty good idea of how long it will take. —— This is the feeling that I want to impart to my clients. I want them not to need me or any other therapist. I want to remove the fear of pain...the mysticism surrounding why their body hurts. I want the toolbox to be fucking huge and for self assessment and self correction to be a logical, clear and confident process. —— This is a big ask. The learning curve is huge. I have very few clients with the time, energy or interest to take ownership of their pain. I’m happy to be the person they outsource that to. For those that do have the mental bandwidth to go down this road...It’s a pleasure working with you.
