Ab wheel or other rollouts cause you back pain? Not getting enough depth? A great way to train your abs and yet it’s a move that often gets coached incorrectly. Start with a rounded upper back position (known as Bear Position). Tuck pelvis and take a deep breath to fill your diaphragm as you lower. Exhale and contract abs hard as you return to top position. This cuing applies to Suspension trainer fallouts, Ball rollouts and bar rollouts. Just a different tool. Give this a shot next time and 🔥 up your core. Tomorrow we leave to Boston, USA for 2 weeks and after my physique project for the last 5 months it is time to relax for a few weeks. Although I am not going to indulge myself too much, and will not look at my macro calorie intake and just eat good food. 🔥Rutina de Abs-Oblicuos Gym👇 ⬅️Desliza a la izquierda, Guárdalo y Compártelo↗️ 🎧Tyga - Made Me (ft. Bazzi) ➖➖➖ Una rutina para fortalecer tú tronco central💪, que abarca desde el abdomen inferior y superior hasta los oblicuos... Para ahorrar explicaciones, una rutina muy completa🤙🔥 La respiración😤 y el timing⏱ de cada uno de los ejercicios son los factores más importantes a considerar en esta rutina... ➖➖➖ En cuanto la respiración debes de inhalar (al expandir zona abdominal) y exhalar (al contraer zona abdominal), todo esto para lograr una mejor asimilación en cada uno de los músculos del abdomen✅. El timing debe de ser pausado tomándote alrededor de 2-3 seg al subir y bajar... Only have a bench? Well you still have a workout! Check out this quick heart pumping, calorie blasting cardio and core workout that you only need a bench to do! . Yes, life is busy. Yes, I prefer to do longer workouts focusing on lifting heavy and working towards my specific strength goals - buuuut that doesn’t always work with my busy schedule. So, I don’t use a busy schedule to not get a workout in at all. I just work with the time I have because any movement is better than no movement! . This is a workout I did the other day after I finished with clients at my studio. It only took me 25 minutes and I was drenched in sweat after and core was on fire! . Here is what you do: Your choice you can count 10-20 reps of each exercise (based on fitness level) or you can Time yourself for 30 seconds of each exercise with a 10-15sec rest between each. Both are hard, just depends on what you want to do! Try to get through 3 rounds with minimal to no breaks! . Note: I added a few easier/harder alternatives to some exercises for those who need it. . Give this workout a try the next time you are just looking for a quick sweat session! This is one of my go-to’s I know you will love it! . Tag a friend you think might like to try this workout! ⚡️⚡️Any work out done is done well. — I have felt so discouraged and crappy these past few days. All I wanted to do is snack, I’m trying to drink my water for the day. I’ve been SUPER bloated these past two days. Like .... it’s just bad. Lol So lucky me there wasn’t any jumping in what I did today. Upper and core! 💪🏻 I really did feel better after I finished. I wasn’t as bloated and i accomplished something. (Also feeling defeated because my first time at cooking zoodles was 🚫) 🛌 So now I’m drinking my recover, getting ready for bed and I look at my cup and remember. A WORKOUT WASTED IS ONE NOT DONE! ✅ 12/100 and 13/100

Después de hacer algunos despliegues de la rueda abdominal ( Evil Wheels ) siempre me pregunto qué tanto siente cada uno este ejercicio ?. ¿Alguien sabe qué músculos serían los involucrados ? Lats, serratus, recto abdominal, trasverso abdominal ? No confunda la acción muscular para la activación, porque hay MUCHOS músculos en este ejercicio que se contraen isométricamente (especialmente en el CORE) y excéntricamente.
