Time to roast your abs, this can be done at home or at the gym. Try it out next time you work your core, strong core will improve gains in the rest of your body 💪 1️⃣ 3x10 Dumbbell twist with push: Make sure you keep your lower body straight as you twist from low to high, switch sides after 10 reps 2️⃣ 3x8 single leg straight leg kicks: make sure you don’t bend your knees, keep your hands straight and touch them with your legs. 8 reps with each leg 3️⃣ 3x12 straight leg reverse crunch: don’t bend your knees, when your legs reach your eyes lift your butt as high as you can while your back stays on the ground 4️⃣ 3x10 in and outs with press: keep those circles tight and don’t bend your back when you press up, flexing the core throughout 5️⃣ 3x8 straight arm Russian twists: keep legs from turning, only turn your body. 32 Days until we embark on our cruise to the Bahamas. Hubby and I are off for a work trip! What’s do you think of this suit??☀️ 🌸 . I bought this swim suit at Target last year.... $20. I didn’t need it. I played the game... 💗 I don’t really need it.... but it’s so pretty? . 💗 What will people “think”? . 💗 Will people think it’s too provocative for a mom? . 💗But it’s floral... and it’s beautiful and I want it.... So despite not needing it. I bought it anyways. . I put it on this morning just for fun, and honestly I don’t think there’s anything more freeing. . Just BEING. Not striving. Not obsessing. . I spent most of my life confined... Obese. Living in a box... Wearing black. Blending in. Worried about the opinions of others... Never speaking up. Constantly striving... Constantly feeling not good enough and that got pretty damn exhausting. . I was never after a number. Never after a size. Never after a perfect “beach body”... What I was after was simply walking up, looking myself in the mirror and loving the woman staring back at me. . What’s the ultimate goal weight? I really don’t know... Nor do I care. Nor do I have one. . All I know is what matters is how I feel about myself in the inside, because the smile radiates, and wearing a real smile is so much healthier than faking one. . I’m SO over worrying about what people think, how they may judge or make assumptions, and I’m interested and concerned about what I think of myself. . It’s a feeling friends. ABS AND CORE!! 🚨🔥🚨🔥 A lot of you guys asked me to show some ab routines that I do. There are so many routines and variations that you can do that, I think im going to make it a Core Series. I'll post different core workouts going forward. . With Each one of these exercises, if it is too hard for you lower your rep range. And if it is too easy for you add in more reps. Especially for those that are body weight driven. With weighted ones you can obviously adjust the weight for yourself. . . SAVE AND SHARE THESE EXERCISES! 🙌🏾 . 1️⃣ Reverse Crunch with Pause and Squeeze at the Top 3 x 15 (make sure to blow the air out of your abs and squeeze at max contraction. Keep your abs engaged and tight the entire workout) 2️⃣ Leg Raises with High Crunch 4 x 12 (The key to this workout is to raise your knees as high as possible each rep and controlling the swing. You can either start on your elbows or for more of a challenge start in the dip position on your hands) 3️⃣ Cable Oblique Twist 3 x 15 each side (controlled and engaged each rep. Core tightened the whole time. Dont cheat yourself.) 4️⃣ Ab Roller 4 x 12 (as low as you can each rep. Core tightened the whole time and squeeze hard at the top) . When determining the weight to lift.... generally... if you get the reps too easy the weight is too light... And you should add more... if you can't get to the desired reps or you lose proper form... the weight is too heavy and you should lighten it up. . Thanks to @alyssam1024 for the 📷📷🎥🎥

Same with CLIP 4-6. Each of us is on different levels of fitness so it’s always important to offer variations to moves - reason why my video page @conqherfitvideos has over 575 videos 😂🙈 my girls never get bored that’s for sure !! ⠀ ⠀ It’s your choice - you can perform these 6 moves altogether. ✨FORM CORRECTION - BEAR PLANK SHOULDER TAPS✨ Okay so I’ve showed these a couple times and they are probably one of my favorite core exercises everrrrrrr. 👯‍♀️ However, I’ve had several people tell me they either hurt their back, or they don’t feel it in their abs at all. Say whatt??? 😱 I’m going to show you two common mistakes and how to correct them so you can get all the benefits of this exercise. Mistake #1: Back arching, abs unengaged Solution #1: Round out spine slightly, tuck pelvis underneath you Mistake #2: Hips moving, rocking back and forth Solution #2: Keep hips stable, engage core to prevent rocking back and forth Give this a try and let me know if it helps! I would also add that this exercises done correctly is a bit advanced and you should be able to hold a bear plank without the shoulder taps before you attempt this version! 💕✌️ at Seattle, Washington

Happy Wednesday friends♥️‼️So much a person can do with a #bosuball ➖here are some of our favourites. Aim for 2-3 sets and 8-10 repetitions. Let’s go‼️ • 1️⃣ Side hops over the Ball is an excellent way to get your heart rate up, forces you to lift your leg higher than a regular shuffle and targets glutes, core and all those lovely lateral muscles and stabilizers. If it’s too difficult to hop, then do a side step over the ball with a pause to work on your balance. 2️⃣ #glutebridge on the bosuball adds an extra level of awareness since the ball is squishy and it will most certainly teach you to engage your core and stabilizing muscles in your trunk. For an added challenge, lift one leg and hold for 2 seconds then alternate. This will isolate one glute and one side of your body. Focus is not to let your hips drop ➖you must stay square. If you can’t do it properly stick to the first variation and work up gradually. 3️⃣ #birddog is such an awesome movement to teach proper spine alignment, good posture, square hips, tight core and even more so when done on the bosuball. The key 🔑 here is concentration, slow, controlled movement and a very engaged core. 4️⃣ #bosupushups ➖flip the ball on its squishy side and grab the handles. Start from your knees if you’re not sure about your strength and balance under load. Engage core and squeeze the glutes. Now with your arms by your rib cage lower yourself into a #triceppushup then come back up. Focus is to not go beyond 90degrees with your elbows as that will put a strain on your shoulders. Do what you can, even if it’s 1 inch lower and work up to more. There’s a lot going on here so you don’t need to rush. If you are ready, go into a full push-up from your feet. LOWER BODY / CORE / BALANCE * Get into a mini squat and slide your foot out to the side while you stay in the mini squat. I have a tool to put under my foot that is under my foot on the floor or carpet, but if you don’t, just do this on a floor with a small towel under your foot. * If you want to add a bit more to this, you hold a weight that is right for you and push it away from your body (either at chest height or slightly higher) while you slide your foot to the side. * This exercise also incorporates balance as well, which is so important. * Just Keep Moving!
