Remove the bacon from the pan, pat off excess grease with a paper towel, then chop and set aside.⁣ * Add the water to a medium pot and bring to a boil.⁣ * While the water heats up, chop the cauliflower into small pieces.⁣ * Add 1 teaspoon of salt and the cauliflower to the boiling water, then cover and cook for 4 minutes, or until slightly tender. Any other Starbucks addicts out there?! 👋⁣ ⁣ Yea, us too!!! 🙋‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️⁣ ⁣ One of our guilty pleasure’s are their Bacon & Greyere Sous Vide Egg Bites 🤤⁣ ⁣ Since we’ve cut out dairy, we’ve really been missing them.😥⁣ ⁣ Soooo we decided to create a Dairy-free Copycat of Starbucks Egg Bites Recipe for you all:⁣ ⁣ 𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐁𝐔𝐂𝐊𝐒 𝐄𝐆𝐆 𝐁𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐒 ⁣ (makes 12 —- 2 egg bites per serving)⁣ ⁣ 8 eggs⁣ ¾  cup of shredded almond cheese⁣ ¼ cup full fat coconut milk (canned & thick)⁣ ¼ teaspoon kosher salt⁣ Couple cracks of fresh black pepper⁣ 4 slices of cooked paleo sugar free bacon⁣ Non-stick avocado oil spray⁣ ⁣ (If you are KETO, you can swap the almond cheese with shredded mozzarella and the coconut milk with full fat cottage cheese) ⁣ ⁣ 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒⁣ ⁣ 1. Pan fry 4 slices of turkey bacon⁣ ⁣ 2. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees and place a baking dish that is filled with 1 inch of water on the bottom rack. This will create a humid environment and help the eggs cook evenly. ⁣ ⁣ 3. Place 12 silicon muffin liners into a muffin tin. Spray a muffin tin with a little non-stick spray⁣ ⁣ 4. Add the eggs, almond cheese, coconut milk, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend on high for 20 seconds until light and frothy. ⁣ ⁣ 5. Fill the tins almost all the way to the top with the egg mixture. ⁣ ⁣ 4. Divide the chopped turkey bacon equally among all of the muffin tins and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until the center of the egg bites are just set. ⁣ ⁣ 5. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes, then use a spatula or fork to carefully remove them from the muffin tin. Enjoy!⁣ ⁣ 6. Keto Chipotle Chicken Lettuce Wraps + Cilantro Lime Sauce - by 📷 @cleanfoodcrush⁣ .⁣ Makes about 4 servings ⁣ 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces⁣ ⁣ fresh leaves of romaine, or butter lettuce⁣ ⁣ 1 large avocado, diced⁣ ⁣ 1/2 red onion, finely diced⁣ ⁣ 2 Roma tomatoes, diced⁣ ⁣ 2 Tbsps avocado oil, OR olive oil⁣ ⁣ 1 Tbsp chipotle seasoning⁣ ⁣ 1 tsp smoked paprika⁣ ⁣ sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste⁣ ⁣ Cilantro Lime Sauce:⁣ ⁣ 1 cup Greek yogurt⁣ ⁣ a large handful of fresh cilantro leaves⁣ ⁣ 2 Tbsps fresh lime juice⁣ ⁣ 1/4 tsp ground cumin⁣ ⁣ 1 fresh garlic clove, minced⁣ ⁣ pinch of sea salt⁣ ⁣ Instructions⁣ ⁣ In a ziploc bag, or large glass bowl combine chicken with oil, chipotle seasoning, paprika, sea salt, and pepper. Toss to coat well, seal or cover then refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 6 hours.⁣ ⁣ Once your chicken is marinated, place all the ingredients of the cilantro lime sauce into a blender, or food processor and pulse until smooth.⁣ ⁣ Transfer to a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.⁣ ⁣ Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, until nicely browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Allow to cool on a plate.⁣ ⁣ To assemble the wraps, add chicken and chopped veggies onto the lettuce leaves as shown and drizzle with cilantro lime sauce as shown.
