Can You Eat Ginger If You Have Diabetes? What are the benefits of eating ginger if you have diabetes? Over the years, ginger has been shown to help reduce blood sugar levels and help regulate insulin response in people with diabetes. Keep these things in mind when adding ginger to your diet 1. Choose natural, organic ginger root over processed ginger products. Ginger-flavored products, such as salad dressing, drinks, or sweets, generally lack nutritional value. 2. Try to be consistent with daily consumption. Regular consumption over a period of at least six weeks has shownTrusted Source positive results in diabetes management. 3. Avoid overconsumption. The best results occur by taking a certain dose over a long period rather than taking high amounts over a short period. 4. Let it evolve from treatment to treat. Get into the habit of mixing a pitcher of iced ginger lemonade, and treat your friends or family to a glass. . Have you ever considered this? No amount of money at all. 💰 Today is a gift 🎁 offered only once, and nothing will bring it back. It’s so interesting how much time we spend earning money, which is renewable. How much time we waste on social media (which is where you are reading this, you’re welcome! LOL!), distracted. The time we spend doing things we don’t actually love. Sure there are things we must do every day. But can we find away to minimize the HAVE to’s and maximize the LOVE to’s💕? Is there a way we can find to take care of those things that are important to us? Spend time with family? Take care of ourselves and live healthy? Give our time to things that are important to us? What if there was a way? Someone once told me, life is like a special quarter you will only get to spend once. Once it is spent, the quarter is taken out of circulation and will never be seen again. You can’t get today back. Spend it wisely.
