It’s nice to not have to deal with the skin, and I always get a good sear with the fat that is left on the side where the skin was. . . . I seasoned the salmon with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper. Then pan seared each side in butter for about 6 mins per side on med heat. . . I’ve used olive oil and other types of oil to cook salmon, but I always get the best crust on the fish with butter. . . Вчера у меня был обалденный завтрак 😍 пока авокадо созревает, я решила приготовить супер полезные и вкусные оладушки за 10 ❗️минут 🥞 пол ночи не спала, волновалась, что ничего не выйдет, ведь там только ДВА ингредиента 🙊 Итак, на одну порцию для себя любимой: * 1 банан * пол стакана овсяной муки (в моем случае я просто перемолола овсянку в кофемолке) Смешиваем, можно добавить по вкусу изюм/подсластитель/орешки. Я добавила немного кокосовой стружки, сладости от банана мне было предостаточно! ¿A quién se le hace la boca agua? 🤤 Para aquellos AMANTES DE LAS PATATAS, hoy os traigo otra versión. . . 🍖 COSTILLITAS IBÉRICAS A LA BARBACOA CON PATATAS GAJO 🍖 . . 🍖 Ingredientes: - 1kg de costillas ibéricas de la Sierra de Huelva. - Patatas. - Pimentón de la vera. - Ajo. - Romero. - Sal. . . 🍖 Salsa BBQ: - 1/2 cebolla. - 1 diente de ajo. - 1/2 pimiento. - 1 cc de mantequilla casera. - 1/2 c pimentón de la vera. - 1 c Salsa soja (mirad que sea un buen procesado). - 3 c Pasta de datil casera. - 200g tomate triturado. - 2 c caldo cocción carne. - Orégano. . . 🍖 Al lío: - Cocer las costillas 1h en olla normal o 15min en olla expres para poner la carne tierna. - Lavar las patatas y trocear sin quitar la piel. Añadirlas a una bandeja de horno junto a las especias y la sal. Hornear 180°C hasta que empiecen a dorarse. Unos 30min. Puedes añadir un poco de caldo de la cocción de la carne al fondo para que las patatas se hagan mejor por dentro y queden mas jugosas. - Pon las costillas sobre las patatas y hornea vuelta y vuelta hasta que comiencen a dorarse. . . 🍅 Salsa BBQ: - Picar pequeñito la cebolla, el ajo y el pimiento y pochar a fuego muy lento con la mantequilla. Cuando esté carmelizado, añade el pimentón y remueve. Añade el resto de ingredientes y sube el fuego para reducir la salsa. Finalmente tritura para quitar los grumitos. . . - Pincela las costillas con la salsa barbacoa y vuelve a meter en el horno. Ya éste es el último toque de calor. Puedes subir la temperatura porque sólo hay que dorar la salsa un poco y se quede adherida a la carne. . .
