133 calorie pizza bites (meant to be mini pizza pinwheels) Rye mountain bread wrap 70 1 and a half light laughing cow cheese 39 (use light cottage cheese for less) 10 sprays frylight oil on top of roll 10 (might not need) BBQ sauce 14 Method Put toppings on wrap then roll up. Place in oven and cook at 180 approx for 10 mins or to your liking. Take out of oven and chop roll up to approx 2 cm slices. Enjoy! Notes : to improve next time I will cut the roll up before cooking and place pinwheels on tray with the central swirls facing up so the shape turns out better. So I had a chat with @lisa_karatzia.cwp yesterday and she's given me a new plan to follow 150g of 0% yoghurt (the tub I had a home was 125g 🤣) with 3 tablespoons of bran flakes and half and apple, lunch will be a cambridge product, then later I'll have a bar and then my dinner will be grilled meat or fish with salad or veg! Effective carb cycling! 4 day low carb. Friday 111.9 kg. 96 hours later. 109.9 kg. . This isn't a true result of what I actually weigh. I'm depleted, emptied of all my glycogen stores. If you know me, this is when I look like all the air has been let out of me, I'll work out and will not gain even a slight pump, basically look skinny and shit! However today I'll refeed, eat 2, maybe 3 bags of rice cakes? Thursday my rice for the day will be approximately 1000g and I'll fill out again. I will weigh on Friday morning and get a true indication of any weight I've actually lost.. I'd guess 200/300g?? Over the past 10 months my body has become very predictable.. I can bet my left testicle that when I cut the carbs my weight drops like a stone literally by the hour.. however, im then able to throw in silly amounts of carbohydrates and come away looking better each week.. slow progress.. but I'm heading in the right direction.

If you can understand this and really make a mind shift towards playing the long game rather than a 30 day quick fix, you will see unbelievable results over time. - ☘️Also, keep in mind, the scale is not always the best indicator of progress. I can’t tell you the number of times I have seen a client drop cm’s all over their body, tell me they have tightened their belt a few notches or have had compliments from family and friends, to then be upset at the end of the week because the scale hasn’t moved or has gone up. - 🤖We are not machines that respond in a linear fashion when we calculate our food intake and exercise. While there will most definitely be ups and downs along your journey, if you can be patient, really patient, you will have a much greater chance for success. - 🥊Next time you have the “perfect” week and nothing happens on the scale, here is what I want you to do. Nothing at all! 💥💥HOW TO BURN FAT AND HOW TO BUILD MUSCLE💥💥 - 🤔🔥Whot, touching on 2 topics in one post? YES!!! You know, burning fat, or building muscle, is actually pretty simple math, do this, this and this, and if you do it consistently and add time to the equation, you will win. - 🔥So, how do you burn fat? You focus on your nutrition first, you need to eat less calories than you need. Period. You also need to eat a lot of protein (1gram/lbs of bodyweight) so focussing on your nutrition first is the best thing to do. After this, you focus on strength training, the benefits of strength training in a fat loss phase ARE NUMEROUS and I won’t go into them, but it should be your second priority. After you nailed all of this, you might add in some cardio. A LOT of people think they have to TONS of cardio to burn fat. NOPE. Just focus on your nutrition. - 💪How to build muscle? You focus on your strength training first. Without creating a stimulus to your body, your body is not going to adapt. So if you were a client of mine and you would come to me saying, Dennis I want to build muscle. I would plan as much training sessions in your week as we could (without burning you out of course) because we need to create an adaptation!! After that, it comes down to eating a butt load of food, and if you think you’re full, you sometimes have to eat even more food. Food is your friend whilst trying to put on muscle mass. You need around 300-500 calories more than you burn in order to build muscle.
