Giving this one a try this week! Easy Chia Pudding topped with delicious berries by @twospoons.ca Recipe: 2 heaping tbsp (30g) chia seeds 1 cup (240 ml) almond milk 2 tsp (10 ml) maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) fresh fruits of choice, for topping (I used berries) . . 1. In a bowl combine chia seeds and almond milk. Whisk together with a fork, then wait a couple minutes and whisk again (this will stop the chia seeds from clumping). Add maple syrup and whisk again to combine. 2. Cover and transfer to fridge. Allow chia seeds to absorb liquid mixture for at least 10 minutes, or until thick pudding consistency. (I like to keep mine covered in the fridge overnight). When ready to eat remove from fridge, top with your favourite fruits and enjoy. . How to make your own cereal - HEALTHY, SIMPLE & EASY! There are a lot of cereals out there and a lot of them aren’t the beat for you. The are loaded with sugar (a little bit is fine but a lot of brands go overboard), refined oils, preservatives and flavours. PLUS a lot of them don’t add in the nutrients lost during processing like Vitamin Bs and C. They also use poor quality ingredients beacause they’re cheap. So here’s an easy way to build your own cereal thats fast, easy and customisable so you can eat what you feel like: 1. The base of the cereals-this os usiallh a grain. This can be puffed rice, buckinis (I love the ones from @loving_earth ), oats (raw or toasted), flakes (wheat, spelt, bran, rye, oat etc with no added sugar). 2. 1 fruit- adding 1 peice will increase the Vitamins, Minerals & fiber. And also make it taste deliscious. I live to use apple, banana, berries, peaches, nectarines, dates or dried fruit. 3. NUTS NUTS NUTS! I love adding this for crunch and flavour. It’s also important because they add healthy fats and protein to keep you full. 4. Spices- like cinnamon, nutmeg and mixed spice are great to add extra flavour. 5. Other additions (optional) - coconut, seeds, chia seeds, honey, cacao powder (for CHOCOLATE breakfast), cacao nibs. 6. Milk You can literally change it up every day. I usually make one serve which is what I feel like that morning. Hello les #foodies ✌ ~ ~ ~🚨 LE GRANOLA HEALTHY AVEC DE MAXI PÉPITES DE TA VIE 🚨 ~ ~ ~🥜 Nan mais regarde moi la taille de ces choses là, bien trop gourmands et indécent n'est ce pas (fait défiler pour voir) 🙈 Si seulement tu savais, si tu savais que pour avoir de telles pépites tu n'as besoin que des quelques ingrédients, qu'il n'y a même pas un gramme de matière grasse, qu'il y a juste 1 cás de sirop d'érable et que tu peux facilement tourner la recette 100% glutenfree, est ce que tu me croirais ? Non ? Et bien pourtant c'est la vérité eheh ✌ Bye bye les vieilles céréales ringardes, bourrées de sucres cachés, de graisses, d'additifs, conservateurs et autres cochonneries (faut même faire attention au bio de nos jours, certaines sont encore pires !!) et dites bonjour à un beau bocal de granola maison au chocolat et beurre de cacahuète hyper sain et réalisé uniquement avec des ingrédients bruts. En plus c'est tellement simple, rapide et gratifiant que vous ne pourrais plus vous en passer, promis ❤ ~ ~ ~🍓Avec du fromage blanc et des fruits...bon allez, j'arrête et je te file vite la recette pour que tu puisse juger par toi même et vivre d'amour et de granola ✌ ~ ~ ~ ~👉 Pour 1 beau bocal 👉 Préchauffez votre four à 150°c. Dans un saladier mélangez ensemble les ingrédients secs soit: 70g de farine de sarrasin @celnatofficiel (ou autres farines complètes), 15g de cacao cru en poudre @iswari_france ,45 g de flocons d'avoine, 10 g de graines de Tournesol et 10g de graines de courge, 50 g de mélange de noix (ici noisettes, pécan,cajou), 1 pincée de fleur de sel et 50 g de chocolat noir 80% concassé. Dans un autre bol, écrase en purée 50g de banane bien mûre avec 20g de beurre de cacahuète, 1 cás de sirop d'érable et 2 cás d'eau. Verse sur le mélange sec et mélange bien le tout avec tes mains, jusqu'à ce que tous soit bien amalgamé. Verse la préparation sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, tasse bien et enfourne pour 25 min. Sort du four, casse en grosses pépites et ré-enfourne 5 min. Laisse refroidir complètement avant de te régaler !!! ENJOY 😍 ~ ~ ~ ✋ Lève la main en commentaire si toi aussi tu vas essayer ~ ~ ~ ~🙏 Belle journée les p'tits potes

I know it has a bad rep of tasting “earthy” but when made with the right ingredients it can be rich, sweet and tasty! ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Here’s my morning matcha smoothie recipe, it’s a quick and nutritious breakfast or snack whenever you need a pick-me-up! Save this post for the next time you want to try it out and tag me when you do. Enjoy! ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣⁣⁣1 cup coconut milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 tsp matcha, 1 scoop collagen, 1 handful spinach, 1 handful ice, vanilla extract and cinnamon⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ It only has about half the amount of caffeine (30-70mg) than coffee (95mg), but eventually my mind and body adjusted. Mix liquid and protein powder together in blender 2. Put into glass container or jar and add chia seeds 3. Mix together, let sit, mix again 4. Place in fridge to leave overnight and thicken 5. Add berries, granola and coconut flakes when ready to eat YALL - this breakfast is delish and so convenient when on the go. I have sensitivity to pork, beef and eggs so breakfast can be challenging sometimes in the morning with a 9-5. Am I right or am I right?! The temperature's been cool the last few days which I've enjoyed immensely since I'm still in the middle of packing and sorting my entire house! We're on the verge of moving so I'm in spring cleaning overdrive!!! I'm super excited because the change of environment is going to be so good!! I've felt extremely stagnant in our current living situation for so long!! As for today, the sun's out so let's make Pina Colada nice cream!!! Seriously, pineapple and coconut are made for each other 🍌🥥🍍❤ How do you like this flavor combo? I’m not trying to only post breakfast food again, but that’s what’s been happening 🤷🏻‍♀️ I couldn’t decide if I wanted a waffle or bowl this morning so I just combined them 👏🏻 I was in a real mood this whole weekend. Just frustrated with my back injury, had a headache for a solid three days & annoyed at really everything tbh. Se per la colazione di domattina non avete in mente cosa preparare perchè fa troppo caldo e non avete nemmeno voglia di cucinare, vi invito a provare questa cheescake in barattolo! Veloce e soprattutto fresca 🥵 Per la base ho unito 30g di fiocchi di avena, 2 noci, cannella q.b. insieme ad un mezzo di bicchiere di acqua. Ho messo in un pentolino e fatto cuocere giusto per far assorbire l’acqua e ammorbidire i fiocchi. Ho fatto raffreddare e ho messo il composto nel barattolo e poi in freezer per 10 minuti. Ho aggiunto poi 125g di yogurt bianco e ho messo di nuovo in freezer per 10 minuti. Infine ho aggiunto la marmellata di albicocche e ho lasciato in frigo tutta la notte. Questa mattina ho aggiunto altre noci sullo strato di marmellata. I hope you are all enjoying the sun (or your bed if the temperatures are also insanely high in your country 😂) I’m so glad we have air conditioning in the flat we’re staying at... otherwise I’d just stay under my shower all night long.I swear. Now let’s talk about these little brownies I showed you a few days ago in my Brownie porridge. I tried to make an easy bean free and nut free recipe. It was good tho, but I’ll try again with a vegan option! 😻 ➡️Here are the ingredients for this first brownie topping recipe (makes 3 little brownie so approx 6 brownie topping (I took 1/2 brownie per porridge and it was enough) - 1 egg + 1 egg yolk - 50g dark chocolate - 1 tbsp stevia sugar - 1tbsp coconut oil - 30gr spelt flour I melted the chocolate in the microwave. In another bowl I mixed the eggs with the coconut oil and the sugar. I added the melted chocolate and lastly the flour. I also added some chocolate chunks (cause more chocolate is always a good idea 😏) Oven 10 min (8min if you want it softer inside, like a fondant) 170 degrees and that’s it! In another bowl I mixed the eggs with the coconut oil and the sugar. I added the melted chocolate and lastly the flour. I also added some chocolate chunks (cause more chocolate is always a good idea 😏) Oven 10 min (8min if you want it softer inside, like a fondant) 170 degrees and that’s it! It’s #NationalStrawberryParfait Day so I’m celebrating with a homemade version. 😉⠀ 9 times out of 10 you’ll find me eating my own version of things because I can usually make them better tasting for much less calories. Mom’s Banana Scones 🍌 Makes 6 large scones . This is probably my most popular recipe. Made from ingredients you already have at home, it satisfies that sweet tooth with natural sugars and totally clean ingredients. Try serving with my chia jam! . 2 bananas 2 eggs 1 cup almond flour 2 Tbsp coconut flour 2 tsp baking powder Pinch of sea salt . Preheat oven to 400 F/205 C. Happy tuesday friends 🤩 After a pretty restless night (which is completely normal for me) I actually got up around 5:45 feeling super refreshed and ready for the day!!! I was expecting to feel a little sluggish but no complaints here - I’m just rolling with it!. Quiet time ✔️ Workout ✔️ Yummy breakfast ✔️ and all before 8:30 this a.m. 😊 . Anyone else struggle with getting a good “healthy” breakfast in the morning? I know I do! All of us (except for Amy when she is doing keto of course 😊) eat the Kodiak Cake Cups for breakfast. They are so delicious and you can use either milk (for more protein) or water for convenience. I can’t tell a difference, but I usually use water because at work I don’t have milk available for me daily. Of course we eat the pancakes on the regular with vanilla and cinnamon mixed in at home but for a to-go breakfast, the Kodiak Cake Cups are your best friend. A few of my favorites are blueberry muffin, chocolate peanut butter oatmeal (tastes like a “no-bake” cookie) and the buttermilk and maple flapjack. There are so many options to choose from! I have seen these in Target and Smith’s marketplace, but have found they are cheaper on amazon. I usually purchase them with subscribe and save so I can save an extra 15%. Morning snack on my family trip. The continental breakfast at our hotel had a lot of the traditional breakfast foods that weren’t vegan, but they also had A LOT of fresh options. So this is what I ate for breakfast. Olives, quinoa, and chopped cucumbers and tomatoes. So fresh and so clean, clean! 😍 I also had a glass of orange juice and lots of fruit.
