Once Again, I couldn't wait, it was really yummy 😋 😋 Macros: Calories 266 Net Carb 7.75 g; Fat 20 g; Protein11.45 g Serving 2 Serving Prep Time 10 Min , Cook Time 10 Min Ingredients: - 2 tbsp Olive oil - 250 gm Firm Tofu ( Cubed) - 1 Medium Onion ( Cubed) - I Bell Pepper( Cubed) - 3 tbsp Green onion - 1 Egg - 40 gm Celery Chopped - 1tbsp Chopped Garlic - Salt to taste - Sauce - 1 Tbsp Light Soy sauce, 1 Tbsp sezwan Sauce/Siracha, 1/2 Tbsp Vinegar Directions: -Beat Egg, add salt, 2 drops of each Soy sauce and sezwan Sauce, mix it well. -Add Tofu and marinade it for 15 min. -In a skillet add Oil and Sautee Tofu well from all side and take out in a plate. -In the same skillet add garlic, Vegetables, salt and cook it for 2 min. - Add Sauce and Tofu, mix it well and cook for one more minute. - Serve hot and Enjoy . For vegan, marinade tofu in oil and salt and fry it. This stage is all about breaking your carb addiction and transitioning off of carbs😳How? ... "dirty keto" 🤣 Forget everything you think you know about healthy eating - YOU ARE IN REHAB - every time one of those carb cravings hits, eat as much dirty, greasy - CARB FREE - keto food as you want. You need to be SUPER strict on zero sugar or starch - one pinch of the white stuff will send you into relapse. Eat bacon & eggs, steak, deli meat, cheese, nuts - whenever you want. Don't worry about calories or the nagging suspicion that this isn't healthy... the important thing is that you do not cheat - not even once - fight cravings with fatty snacks. In this stage a cheat will throw you out of ketosis for 2-3 days and reset the whole process - so don't do it! . Stage 2) Weight Loss - duration: As long as it takes! Once you're over the cravings it's time to start cleaning up your act. Cut out all snacking between meals and after dinner - reduce portions of protein - and start keeping an eye on your calories. Taco Samosas with my favorite keto obsession... @cutdacarb wraps! . Brown some ground beef and add your seasonings to make taco meat. I make my own seasoning with equal parts Cumin, Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, and Onion powder. Add a little salt as well. . Once the meat is browned and cooked a bit, get your wraps ready. Cut one flatbread in half, lengthwise. Place a couple spoonfuls of meat onto the bottom corner of each strip. Add a spoonful of Rotel and a drizzle of queso blanco! . Now is the fun part... fold these strips from bottom to top like you’re folding a flag. By the end, you will have folded samosas with one open triangle left. I just cut that off and make 2 bonus tortilla chips😜 . Place a little coconut oil in and fry your samosas on each side until browned and crispy. . Top with sour cream, Sriracha, and a little shredded lettuce. These are so simple and so good!
