Natural Homemade Fruit Popsicles Free from Chemical, sugar and preservatives. This Homemade Fruit Popsicles recipe is an easy, healthy and refreshing snack to make for your kids and yourself! These popsicles are made with only 3-4 ingredients in 5-10 minutes (plus freezingtime)! Ingredients- Fruit of choice- for 6 popsicles 2- fully ripe sweet Mangos 1cup or more Water to blend natural sweetener Like - soaked dates/ raisins Or maple syrup as per taste Blender, muslin cloth, strainer and various type of moulds. Method- Wash and peel the fruit and blend it with water, it should be liquid textured not like the thick paste, add the sweetener of choice and blend again. Strain it with Muslim cloth and pour in the moulds. Stack them in the freezer. Wait for 4-5 hrs and enjoy! Last for more then 3 months. A bit of lunch 😊 not much but unfortunately all I can manage at the moment. Some Greek yogurt with berries and sprinkle cinnamon on top. And some avocado. I have unfortunately and for some reason a bad stomach☹️ as soon as I eat the stomach cramps and I feel sick. That's a choice •2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves •1and a fourth cup water(use same cup used for millet) •1tablespoon ghee Wash barnyard millet.Soak in water for 15 Minutes .
