Sometimes you just need to believe in yourself, that even without a plan, things will workout. Life is not linear. There are tons of ups and downs. But it's rising up from being beat down that makes you stronger. And I am strong. Mentally struggling has made me confident in all the choices I made along the way of this journey. • I was beat down by my own dark thoughts for years. I wanted to run away from my life. I was severely depressed and didn't truly know why. I think I lost meaning to my life. Taking a job bc of health insurance, security and money. Is that what life is really all about? Doing what you're "supposed" to do and what looks good on paper? Or are you supposed to find your passion and enjoy your life for all the wonderful things it brings? I've gone with the latter. • Although I went through a lot of darkness, I feel that I am in the brightest light I've ever been in. I've found my passion. I get to help people by using my gift. I am grateful for every day I get to wake up, walk on two feet and be in a healthy body just to name a few. • And I am truly HAPPY. Something I have longed for for a long time. And it feels SO. DAMN. GOOD. • So if you are ever in a funk/depressed/anxious, remember that it's not forever. You'll figure it out. TORTA SALATA A MODO MIO 😍 . . . ➖MACROS PER L’INTERA TORTA: 40 p 77 c 8 f - 546 kcal . . . . ➖Ingredienti: ✔️ 70 gr di farina di Manitoba o altra a scelta ✔️ 10 gr di parmigiano ✔️ 100 gr di albume ✔️ 30 ml di latte scremato ✔️ 100 gr di patate ✔️ 150 gr di zucchine ✔️ 100 gr di pomodorini ✔️ 2 sottilette light ✔️sale e spezie a piacere . . . ➖procedimento: tagliare a cubetti le patate e le zucchine. Sbollentarle separatamente visti i tempi di cottura diverse. Lasciarle leggermente “croccanti” . Intanto Tagliare a metà i pomodorini ed in una ciotola mettere la farina. Preriscaldare il forno a 180 gradire iniziare a Fare l’impasto con farina, albume, latte e parmigiano (aggiungendo sale a piacimento) . Quando fredde aggiungere tutte le verdure (pomodori, zucchine e patate). Versare l’impasto in uno stampo in silicone da 20/22 cm ed infine aggiungere i pezzi di sottiletta. And so starts a month of vegetarian and avoiding processed sugar as much as possible (I’ve already slipped up by getting the branded bagels instead of the fresh ones 👀) but I’ll do my best! . . Chickpea mushroom burgers! These are full of flavor and protein💪🏽 Made them by mixing about 3 cups cooked chickpeas, 1-5 cups chopped baby bella mushrooms, a green pepper, half an onion, juice of half a lime, 1/2 tsp mustard powder, 2 garlic cloves, salt/pepper/spices, and enough chickpea flour to make the patties able to be held together. Mixed this all in a good processor and pan fried them in grapeseed oil until brown on both sides. Klassischer Kaiserschmarrn Für 4 Portionen: 5 Eier 250 g Mehl 50 g Zucker 1 Prise(n) Salz 400 ml Milch 50 g Tafel Schokolade 50 g Butter Puderzucker Zubereitung: Eier trennen. Mehl, Zucker, Salz, Eidotter und Milch in einer Schüssel zu einem glatten Teig verrühren. Das Eiweiß zu Eischnee schlagen und unter den Teig heben. Butter in einer großen Pfanne zerlassen, den Teig eingießen und von beiden Seiten braten. Den Backofen auf 180 °C vorheizen und den Kaiserschmarrn in der Pfanne für ca. 10 Minuten in den Ofen stellen bis er goldbraun ist. Mit Messer und Gabel den Teig in kleine Stücke reißen, Schokolade hinzufügen und nochmals für 2 Minuten in den Ofen stellen. Reistopf: -Jetzt Basmati-Reis in einen Topf geben und mit Butter verrühren(kurz anbraten) auf Stufe 3. -Danach ca. 500ml Wasser dazu geben mit etwas Salz evtl. mit Gemüse Brühe oder Hühner Kraftbrühe verrühren. -Ca. 7min kochen lassen, den Herd ausschalten und den Deckel drauf legen bis die Flüssigkeit aufgesaugt ist.
