Teeny tiny pancakes are small and cute! Get the toddlers involved in this recipe, they can help mix the batter... they'll love it! 💖 🌺 Ingredients 🌺 150g self-raising flour 1 egg 250ml semi-skimmed milk 🌺 Cooking Instructions 🌺 🌸 Put the flour into a mixing bowl, add the egg and about half of the milk. Mix to a smooth, thick batter. Add milk if necessary. 🌸 Add a small amount of oil to the frying pan; just enough to give a non-stick layer to the surface of the pan. 🌸 Pour 15ml spoons of batter into the pan. This should make teeny pancakes. Leave each pancake for about 30 seconds. What a difference a day makes...yesterday I was in agony and today I felt fit enough for a light session in the gym!! I definitely still feel bloated and sore but so much better than yesterday. When I am done I am going to have a Fennel Tea and I am going to buy some supplements to take at night time so I am not waking up like yesterday. I have had a couple of very rough weeks. And I am not going to lie - it has been really mentally hard to get through. Our whole family was thrown in to a medical situation we weren’t prepared for and it truly caught us off guard. So why am I sharing this with you? Because, I need you to understand we ALL go through deep shit. No one is saved from hard challenges and difficult moments. No one! Despite what social media shows you - Portraying a perfect world with never ending smiles, perfect homes and fake lips. Everyone is eager to pretend everything is cool, calm and collected. All to gain likes and followers, while freely giving you a serious complex about your own well being and self confidence. All so you tell yourself : “you must be fucked, because you are the only one, who has difficult issues - everyone else seem perfect”. I am so sick and tired of the fake bullshit constantly popping up in our world. The shallow shit from “influencers” that effects young minds to believe you have to act, look and feel a certain way. God damn it, social media. How about we get real and deliver some REAL value to people. Value that ACTUALLY help people feel amazing about themselves? How about we share the love to encourage kindness and smiles back in our lives? How about we support each other instead of demeaning and bullying someone who dares to step outside the norm? How about we just get real? Well, I know I am! I am as real, honest and authentic as you see. I swear. I laugh. I cry. I smile. I yell. I feel amazing. I feel depressed. I chase goals. I fail. I fuck up ( A LOT 🤣) But most importantly - I am ALWAYS me. So yes, I share with you that I been through hell and back over these last few weeks, but I am still standing. Still working. Still trying. Still training. Still chasing. Still growing. Still learning. Still being me! Never scared of it. Shit happens to EVERYONE. No matter how “pretty” they are. How much they smile. I often hear people saying "Oh you're a trainer. Life must be really simple for you" All I say to this is - "Buzz off. You don't have even half the idea as to what it takes to be a personal fitness coach." Making each client's fitness programs of the age group of 10 yr old child to 70yr old man , from sport person to actors, monitoring their activity and eating habits, waking up everyday before the world and still making time to train my own body. Yeah that sounds like the perfect life, right? A personal coach's journey is nothing less than a roller coaster. Yeah there is money but there's an inherent cost involved too. I don't have the privilege of a steady income like most of the job goers too. Add to that the cost of sacrificing your social life to fit into your client's schedule. Nothing comes easy. The 5 Kosha bodies are also called sheaths, and while they are numbered in the order below, they are all intertwined and dependant one another. . Annamaya (Physical Body) 1. Your physical body - your bones, muscles, blood, nerves...all that matter. Ever regenerating, carrying us through the physical world. You can tune into this Kosha body by bringing awareness to each area of your body once at a time, and then all at once after practice. . 2. Pranayama (Life Energy Body) The life force circling within us. This Kosha body of energy rides in on our breath, nourishing us. Without this life energy, we are not alive in the true sense of the word, and when it is not moving efficiently through our being we cannot feel as alive as we could. Take a few big deep breaths in and out, tracking the breath and energy that comes in with it through inhalation, hold, exhalation and hold. . 3. Manomaya (Mental Body) Composed of our Manas (thoughts), this Kosha body is where your personality and Ego live. To me it is a steady stream of reactive thoughts, responding to day to day and memory stimuli. I tune into this body by closing my eyes and allowing my thoughts to flow freely, and from this, I can identify and then find a sense of detachment from this river of thoughts. . 4. Vijnanamaya (Wisdom Body) One way to describe these is as our deep values and beliefs. This is where our perceived truth lives (though not to be confused with the true Self), and the Kosha body that looks for meaning and deep understanding of what is happening around us. One way of connecting with this Kosha body can be done through the practice of withdrawal from stimuli and reflection - it is in this space where we can call on the Wisdom body to help us understand our Manas (Manomaya Kosha) and help to monitor that river of thoughts. . 5. Anandamaya (Bliss Body) This body appears to me as visual - a glowing buttery yellow orb with a brighter outline, and a feeling of the source of ultimate truth and wisdom beyond myself. It is the inner core of my being that cannot be broken. I have felt this at times through meditation, being in nature, seeing my dog after a long time.

Great motivation for this young champ today getting to train along side. Martin Joseph Ward an English professional boxer. He held the British and European super featherweight titles. And Ted Cheeseman, British professional boxer who fights in the light-middleweight division, And Lonsdale champ. Also John Docherty who is a British professional boxer. So here are some tips : 1.)DRINK WATER !!! • 2.) eat foods rich in monounsaturated fatty acids “good fats” • 3.) limit your carb intake especially refined carbs • 4.)eat whole single ingredient foods. Whole foods are loaded with nutrients, fibre, water, vitamins, and minerals. • 5.) reduce your stress level, many when stressed will resort to binge eating, alps triggers the body to produce cortisol known to increase appetite and belly fat storage. • 6.) get enough sleep !! • 7.) limit your intake on added sugar. • 8.) do not drink your calories! Sugary drinks are a major additive to weight gain.
