Once you find clarity around the motive it’s going to a lot easy to stick to your word,follow through and get the results your looking to get💪🏼 . 2️⃣3 POINT HABIT CIRCLE Your probably like what is this? This is a circle that consists of 3 things, a cue, habit and a reward Let’s use this example, If your having a stressful day(CUE) this leads you to go for junk food(HABIT) because it makes you feel good(REWARD) We need to think of something that makes you feel satisfied. If you know that going to the gym, breaking a sweat makes you feel good that will work! It’s basically the same satisfaction you get from eating junk food. We basically want to replace the old “bad” habit with a new healthy one! 3️⃣REMEMBERING YOUR IN CONTROL Just like you created this habit, you’re in control to break this habit. ABSOLUTELY BUZZZZZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! (how am I gonna sleep lol!!!! Just home from yet another monster STRONG By Zumba class!!! The energy was electric with 18 people kicking ass, giving their all and having fun! It was tough but it was worth it 💪 Why do you exercise?? This is why I exercise the amazing feeling I get afterwards. It used to be mostly body image but now it's for the shear joy of it plus the health benefits and helping to keep my diabetes in check 🙌 Make sure you're exercising for the right reasons! Exercise should not be a punishment. You shouldn't dread it. If you're doing something you dread you'll never stick at it. We're not all going to like the same thing. Working on those legs and strength 🦵 💪 These weighted step ups are great because you have low change of injury yet working very similar to a squat an advantage is this movement actually strengthens each leg individually. Don’t forget to alternate legs when doing this.
