Dodajemy kukurydzę i słonecznik. Wsypujemy ulubione przyprawy i intensywnie mieszamy. W międzyczasie zalewamy kuskus wodą i pozostawiamy do wsiąkniencia. Ryż gotujemy około 30 min. Następnie dodajemy zarówno ryż jak i kuskus do naszej wcześniejszej mieszanki. Dodajemy pokrojoną paprykę i wbijamy jajka. Intensywnie mieszamy do momentu całkowitego ścięcia się jajek. Przekładamy jedzonko na talerzyki i kładziemy na wierzch plastry mozzarelli. Potem podgrzewamy potrawy w mikrofalówce lub piekarniku do momentu roztopienia się sera. Dodajemy pokrojone oliwki i pomidorki. Bardzo dobrze smakuje z ketchupem. Smacznego!❤️

These photos are about a year apart. No matter how much I exercised or ate “clean” my belly would just not go down . It wasn’t until I felt the true burn of female determination (Paola you’re in your 40’s now, we’ve got to figure this out - “we” being my essence / spirit / soul speaking to my mind, my body and heart) as I proceeded to sit myself down to recalculated my macros based on my age / weight / needs (science) and started digging deeper into my emotional attachments to food that the unraveling began (the spiritual) . ▪️REST▪️Exactly what my trip was and just what I needed▪️Didn’t pack my Fitbit - but still went for walks ... didn’t ‘diet’ but didn’t twat too much food ... did train but didn’t over do it ... deleted my socials for over a week of the trip and didn’t think about work too much▪️Looking forward to getting stuck back in tomorrow ... Os mitos dos treinos de força para mulheres são bem conhecidos, apesar de serem mitos, ainda existe muito receio destas para o fazer. Tentando fazer a minha parte nesta desmitificação, vou abordar aqueles que são os mais comuns, e que maior parte das mulheres tem receio. Ficar com “corpo de homem” ou “corpo musculado”, isto só é possível combinando fatores como predisposição genética e/ou uso de farmacológicos, por exemplo a administração de Testosterona por via exógena. Esta hormona responsável pelo aumento de massa muscular em níveis elevados, não se encontra “disponível” no organismo da mulher como no de um Homem, sendo neste em média, 10 vezes superior. O aumento ou preservação da massa muscular após iniciar um plano de treino de força, poderá levar a um aumento ou manutenção da massa muscular (aqui irá depender de vários fatores, tais como, o aporte energético). O que irá acontecer sem dúvida, é uma, maior oxidação de gordura, principalmente em repouso, isto devido ao aumento do metabolismo basal, consequência do “stress” provocado no organismo pelo treino de força, e pelo ganho de massa muscular. Quanto aos benefícios e ao perfil de pessoa que “pode” fazer este tipo de treino, deixo uma frase de uma fisiologista e personal trainer, “Sou uma grande defensora do treino de força, Não consigo ver nenhum perfil, de homem ou mulher, que NÃO beneficie, com treinos de força”, ( Teresa Manafaia, on Dicas do Salgueiro podcast ). 750m swim with this gorgeous babe @lawson88stephen We are going to do an open water swim challenge event next year in one of our (bloody cold) Scottish lochs (lakes). The one in Loch Lomond this year had various distances available & encourages people that are new to open water swimming to join in (wetsuit provided thank eff! 🤣🤣). • I grew up swimming in lakes all summer in the Czech Republic on my extended summer holidays but a cold loch with (no doubt) lots of wind making the water choppy will be different. • I think the 1.5Km distance will be perfect for us, we can complete that distance easily now (at a very slow steady pace) but the next distance up is double that which may be over-extending is...we both know we’d finish it but it would be a looong time after all the participants & even the organisers had left! Hahaha Plus the wetsuits & water ebbing & flowing will be new to us so best to stick with 1.5Km we think. Can’t wait to sign up & experience a new challenge. Hands up if you enjoy your alcohol 🙋🏻‍♀️ When I was on my weight loss journey I went through a stage where I was working out, eating well but not losing weight which was soooo frustrating. 😩 I didn’t 🤷🏻‍♀️ know where I was going wrong. There were weeks I’d lose weight and weeks I wouldn’t lose a gram. I started to notice 🤔the weeks I would go out on the weekends and drink my weight wouldn’t budge. I started to look closely into then calories of alcohol and was shocked at the amount of calories I was consuming in 1 night. I would never of imagined 1 cocktail had almost ½ my daily calories I was on! I quickly changed that and started to have clear shots alcohol or vodka sodas which have an average of only 64 calories per tumbler. The average serve of a cocktail is generally 200 calories and let’s be real who only has 1❓ Definitely not me 🙅🏻‍♀️. You can still go out and enjoy your drinks 🍸 but just get familiar with what your having. For A LOT of people alcohol can be the primary reason to why they’re not seeing results. If you are going out and you know you are going to be drinking ⤴️increase you protein though out that day. ⤵️ Decrease your fats and carbs so you can save some calories for your booz. Stick to vodka / diet soda or a glass of wine which will have the least calories… ∙ A traditional pina colada, composed of rum, pineapple juice and cream of coconut can contain as much as 650 calories. If you do like your cocktails opt for light rum, or substitute unsweetened coconut water for cream of coconut to get more drink for fewer calories. My choice of drink is definitely vodka soda 🍸. Κεφίρ...Στο Μικροσκόπιο! 🥛 Είναι ένα είδος ξινόγαλα που έχει υποστεί ζύμωση, παρασκευάζεται με τη προσθήκη "σπόρων"  κεφίρ (βλέπε κουτάλα) στο αγελαδινό ή κατσικίσιο γάλα. Οι "σπόροι" κεφίρ δεν είναι σπόροι με τη συμβατική έννοια, αλλά καλλιέργειες ζυμομυκήτων και βακτηρίων γαλακτικού οξέος που μοιάζουν με κουνουπίδι στην εμφάνιση. Το όνομα του προέρχεται από την τουρκική λέξη Keyif, που σημαίνει " καλή αίσθηση " μετά το φαγητό. Το σπιτικό κεφίρ μπορεί να γίνει ανώτερο από αυτό του εμπορίου εάν τηρήσετε σωστά κάποιες διαδικασίες. Η αναλογία 1:10 είναι ιδανική, δηλαδή 100γρ σπόροι κεφίρ  για 1 λίτρο γάλα. Βάλτε τους σπόρους και το γάλα σε μεγάλο βάζο. Μην το γεμίζετε ποτέ μέχρι επάνω με γάλα, αφήστε το 1/3 του δοχείου άδειο για να «αναπνέει» το κεφίρ. Για τον ίδιο λόγο μην κλείσετε τελείως το δοχείο με το καπάκι του αλλά με ένα καθαρό κομμάτι τούλι που θα το στερεώσετε με το λαστιχάκι. Αφήστε το για 48ώρες. Όχι λιγότερες από 12 και όχι παραπάνω από 72. Όσο το αφήσετε να ζυμωθεί θα γίνει πιο όξινο, πιο «δυνατό» και θρεπτικό. 👌💪 Το κεφίρ περιέχει βιταμίνες, μέταλλα και απαραίτητα αμινοξέα που βοηθούν τον οργανισμό στην πρόληψη και αντιμετώπιση ασθενειών. Είναι πλούσιο σε βιταμίνη Β1, Β12, ασβέστιο, φυλλικό οξύ και βιταμίνη Κ. Είναι καλή πηγή βιοτίνης, μια βιταμίνη του συμπλέγματος Β που βοηθά την αφομοίωση άλλων βιταμινών Β, όπως το φυλλικό οξύ, το παντοθενικό οξύ και τη Β12. Επίσης, παρέχει πρωτεΐνες υψηλής βιολογικής αξίας. Η τρυπτοφάνη είναι ένα από τα βασικά αμινοξέα που περιέχεται στο κεφίρ και είναι γνωστή για την χαλαρωτική της επίδραση στο νευρικό σύστημα. Οι σπόροι κεφίρ περιέχουν περίπου 30 στελέχη των βακτηρίων και ζυμομυκήτων, καθιστώντας το μια πολύ πλούσια πηγή σε προβιοτικά και μάλιστα καλύτερο από άλλα γαλακτοκομικά προϊόντα, όπως για παράδειγμα το γιαούρτι.
