¿Sabes cómo preparar queso crema bajo en grasa casero? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Únicamente necesitas: Queso fresco batido o yogur natural, un paño limpio y un recipiente alto. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Y si directamente has leído queso y has pensado que te encantaría comerlo pero te sienta mal, este post también te interesa porque hemos descubierto las pastillas de lactasa @lactojoy, la solución para los problemas digestivos que causa la intolerancia a la lactosa. Están elaboradas con ingredientes naturales: lactasa, almidón de patata orgánico, agentes liberadores: sales de magnesio de ácidos graso. Son un antes y después en la vida de todo intolerante a la lactosa, no tienes más que ver los comentarios que hay en internet sobre estas pastillas. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ QUESO CREMA CASERO BAJO EN GRASA ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 400 gr de queso fresco batido o yogur natural 1 paño limpio 1 recipiente alto 1 goma elástica Sal Especias al gusto (opcional) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Poner el queso fresco batido en un bol, agregar un poco de sal rosa y si se desea, alguna otra especia como pimienta negra, orégano, etc. Remover bien hasta que no quede ningún grumo) Poner el queso o yogur en un recipiente alto, un paño limpio o un pañuelo de tela (lavado con un jabón neutro, sin aromas ni suavizantes). Dejar un poco de espacio en el centro y sujetar con una goma elástica o un cordel. La parte del paño que queda dentro, no debe tocar el fondo. Poner el queso batido sobre el paño y cubrir con las esquinas. Dejar reposar en la nevera de 12-24 horas. El queso batido escurre el ácido láctico y se queda compacto como un queso crema, que ya se puede untar o usar para hacer postres como nuestra tarta de queso horneada estilo New York. Cuanto más tiempo esté reposando el queso, más firme quedará y su consistencia será más parecida a la mozzarella. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Así ya no tendrás que preocuparte estas fiestas si tienes comidas y cenas donde no puedes controlar la presencia de lácteos (nata, mantequilla, quesos, helado, yogur, cremas…). Poetry as medicine... . . . . When I put the pen to the paper without expectation, without fear, and without judgement, what flows from my thoughts to the page are raw and prolific love formed ideas... alliterations and prose and rhyme and nonsense all woven together to create a small piece of authentic jibberish. Sometimes these poems are magnificent, belonging in a brilliant body of work on a tall bookshelf in the home of an ancient academic. Other times they are meaningless meanderings of my mind and I leave them out to be witnessed in their full and honest state to remind me of my dynamic self. . . . . I feel free when I write. I feel heard. I feel like I can honor the wild and nonsensical sides of myself in some type of art form that lets my soul experience itself, in creativity, in motion, in imagination✨ . . . Morning pages have been helping me a lot get back into the free flow state of just WRITING! Whatever it is, get it out! The one thing I tell ALL of my clients to do- is to write! It slows me down, and forces me to organize my thoughts in such a way that it really feels deeply therapeutic, and I always find answers within what gets written down, always. And then, once I can get the sh*t off the top of the noggin, I feel open to dive into the deeply emotive and raw states that I am currently feelin, and use that energy to tap into creativity, play, and freedom. Such 🌱Good🌱 Medicine🌱 . . . . The paper becomes the mirror. A verbose reflection of my inner world that goes unorganized and unacknowledged often times. When I sit to write, have a cup of tea, take a breathe, and just flow..... I find peace. Meditation. Honesty. And I get lost there.... . . . . There’s new research out that has determined that criers have less stress, which translates into less stress hormones which means less inflammation, studies show they also breathe better. Before hearing this research, I felt a little ashamed that I cry if the computer doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to or if Canva doesn’t save my image properly or my printer won’t print my labels when I need it.
