The products on the right and left are quickly becoming indispensable in my day to day. Every morning I have a drink with almond milk, two scoops of @drinkorgain creamy chocolate fudge protein powder and one scoop of @pbfit.official (one scoop is equal to one serving). Its DELICIOUS and is a great way to start my day while I'm driving to work. In the jar is overnight oats with one scoop of @pbfit.official. I warm them up at work and add a small amount of honey and it's a delicious midmorning breakfast. I had thousands (literally) of motivational memes and quotes on my phone. I finally cleared out the duplicates and as I was going through, I came across this one. This is by far my favorite. This month nas gotten away from me with work, my son's medical appointments, and personal things constantly hitting me. I get so angry at myself for not working as hard as I want to that I shut down. But Mr. Olympia had to start somewhere. Even when life hit him out of nowhere and people put him down. But he excelled and got to where he is. I will rise to the top. Shocking photo qualities but I'm so excited about this! After falling off and having a very rough few months with my mental health I've finally decided to get my life back together! I jumped straight back in with my keto lifestyle and so far my bloating has gone down ten fold, I've lost 7kg and I'm feeling so much better about myself lately! This time round I'm going slowly, im not trying to cut calories drastically but rather slowly decreasing them so that I get into a healthier mindset about my nutrition. Over the years, I’ve started too many diets and health kicks to count. Half-marathon training, Weight Watchers, counting calories, detoxes, gym memberships, and group classes. They all ended the same though... me quitting and being frustrated with myself for not being able to stick with anything. 👟 ___ I finally figured out what the missing pieces were! And what keeps me motivated to keep going, even on hard days. ___ 1. This is a lifestyle. I’m not trying to drop weight before a summer event or go on a crash diet to lose a few pounds. I truly want health and fitness to be a part of my everyday life. ___ 2. I need a community to keep me accountable. I’ve been trying to go it alone all this time, but I finally got up the courage to tell others about my goals and let them support me along the way. ___ My next accountability group starts May 7, and I would love to link arms with you as we reach our goals together! The hardest part about my job is mornings. Don’t get me wrong, I love my job❤️! But getting home after 8pm and trying to eat dinner and wind down enough to fall asleep is hard! And then those 4:45am alarms just come so quickly😩 Last night was one of those nights. So, this morning, I let myself sleep in and made myself a cinnamon latte to take to work. It’s a much more relaxing way to start my Wednesday than forcing myself to function on too little sleep and half-assing my way through a workout🤷🏼‍♀️ Sleep is an important part of healthy living and self-care! at Nashville, Tennessee

I’m actually super awkward about posting these pictures🙈 But I’m also really proud of the work I’ve put in!! The workout program I was doing focused on arms, abs, and booty (only they don’t use the word booty 🤣) and I really didn’t think I would see such great results in my booty! I mean, I’ve never really had much of a booty🤷🏼‍♀️ but yesterday I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and I was like 🤩 These workouts work. You can get great results at home. So let’s talk about last night. Elsie and I saw almost EVERY hour! And I’m not sure about her, but momma is definitely feeling it today! 😴☕️ ___ It’s easy on days like these to curl up on the couch still in pjs and call today a wash. I was there. That was totally me. ___ I have now realized though that it’s on these days that it’s even MORE important to take that time to take care of myself. Started off the day with a mini protein bar and coffee. After class I came home and mad this amazing meal 2! 😋😋 1 🥚 + 2 egg whites with broccoli 🥦 and a tbsp or so of feta! When I became a first time mom almost three years ago, I didn’t realize the drastic change that would happen in my life literally overnight. The people I used to spend so much time with and have so much in common with, suddenly couldn’t relate to my stage of life. I traded the late nights out with late night feedings. I traded makeup brushes and flat irons for bottles and diapers. I felt alone and isolated, like no one understood how hard being a mom was, but also how much of a blessing it was. ___ When my second baby came along six months ago, I started having those feelings again. Having two babies at home seemed like an impossible feat, a thankless job that I would have to go at alone. ___ God knew exactly what I needed at exactly the right time though, a community of women in a similar stage of life, with similar values and goals for the future. These relationships I have formed through being a coach have helped me so much in the daily highs and lows of being a stay-at-home mom. Women to support me, come alongside of me, and encourage me when I need it most. Our doors are always open! Would love to walk alongside of you too, mama. ❤️

The reason I started coaching was because as a stay-at-home mom, I was missing something in my life that I did just for me. So yesterday was one of those days. Everything went wrong. Kids were crabby. Got locked out of the house. Jason had an evening meeting so I was on my own for bedtime. Just an exhausting day. On top of all of that, I didn’t get my workout in. ___ It would have been SO easy to skip it! It was 8:30 before I even started, and my bed sounded way more enjoyable than doing my workout. ___ The only reason it got done is because I knew my girls were waiting on my sweaty selfie after it was finished. I couldn’t let them down. I couldn’t let my excuses win. ____ Coaching has brought this kind of accountability into my life and I am forever grateful. It was such a hard day, and it’s only 2 pm! Just so you know not everything is rainbows and butterflies around here. 🤦‍♀️ ___ So every Thursday is payday for coaches and I thought this was a fitting picture to post. Because of our decision for me to jump into coaching, I was able to buy our groceries completely with my income! ___ It’s not my favorite thing to talk about, because this business is so much more than a paycheck, but today that extra income totally blessed my family in a tangible way! One of the reasons I absolutely LOVE my coaching community is because of the “community over competition” mentality. We are all working towards the same goal of being fit and healthy and helping others be fit and healthy, so why not be supportive, encourage one another, and help each other along the way? ___ For so long I was always in competition with other women. Was I skinnier than her? Was she a better mom than I was? Was I spending more time with Jesus than she was? Did she have more “success” in her life? It was exhausting trying to live up to the standards I put upon myself because I was always trying to measure up. ___ So let me tell you something. We are all on our own journeys. It is so so easy to compare ourselves to each other, but why? We all are at different places in our lives. Let’s be a supportive community of women building each other up, and remove the need to “compete” to be the best. ❤️

Today’s workout was a STRUGGLE. Elsie was either crying or nursing, and my 50 minute workout took almost an hour and a half! We got it done but it was totally not enjoyable. 🤷‍♀️ ___ It would have been so easy for me to shut my computer and call it a day. But I committed to this program, and I’m going to give it 100% everyday. ___ What’s holding you back from committing to your health and fitness? Do you think you lack time? Don’t know where to start? Discouraged by past exercise endeavors? Afraid of failing? ___ Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being excited for what could go right. ❤️

I feel like as a stay at home mom, with two little ones underfoot, I’ve always been on the lookout for my “Tribe”. ___ “Hey, do your kids refuse to nap at the same time too?” ___ “Anyone else feel like they are going to lose their mind when the toddler pulls out every single toy, and doesn’t want to play with any of them?” ___ “Do you think your heart is going to explode when they say “I love you mommy”?” ___ I was on a desperate search for someone to talk to over the age of 3, and about more than colors, numbers, poop, and our next snack break. ___ I found them. In this crazy business opportunity I jumped into with both feet, I found them. While connecting over our passions for health and fitness, but balancing that around real life, I found them. From every part of the country, and every walk of life, I found them. ___ What a huge blessing to have a tribe, in this crazy, chaotic, wonderful and emotional season of motherhood. ❤️

Hebrews 12:1-2 “Let us throw off everything that hinders us and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning it’s shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” ___ Have you ever given up on a diet because you weren’t seeing the results you wanted, only to look back later and wish that you hadn’t given up? ___ Have you ever joined gym, bought a treadmill, or started a home exercise program but quit when the going got tough? ___ Have you ever started with a commitment to read your Bible everyday, but gave up because you lost interest? ___ Most of us will answer yes to at least one of these questions, and as a result most of us have missed out on a blessing that comes from staying the course and persevering. ___ These wise words from Candace Cameron Bure remind me of the blessings that come from pushing through when things get hard. ___ My journey as a coach has had its ups and downs, but because of my dedication to pushing through those obstacles, I am now seeing the blessings on the other side. ❤️
