Sacrifices ๐Ÿ’› โ€ข As parents, we sacrifice a lot! We put our childrenโ€™s best interest before our own. The same goes for anyone who competes in bodybuilding and calls themselves a fitness coach or someone who has just completed a 12 week challenge and calls themselves a nutrition coach ๐Ÿ™ˆ They are playing around in dangerous territory. Progressive overload, what is it? Basically its pushing the limits of your body. Without this your muscles cannot continue to get bigger! That's not to say you can't get muscles by lifting the same weight but eventually your body adapts! Here are a few ways you can increase your weight to give your body the resistance it needs! Also most of the numbers are just made up use whatever weight feels comfortable for you but try out the model and see how it works!

If you watched my live story youโ€™d see what I ate post workout...this is my meal 30-45 mins AFTER my post workout meal. Ive got ground turkey with pasta sauce (no pasta), with cabbage, carrots, cucumber, grapes and walnuts. A good variety of protein, healthy fats and plants. If Iโ€™m still hungry after this, Iโ€™ll eat more protein or fat. I donโ€™t worry too much about #WAM, just eat a variety of Whole foods until satiety...maybe a little more!! If youโ€™re working out hard and trying to gain muscle, itโ€™s important to get plenty of protein (.7-1g per lb of body weight) and fats, and get your carbs from your fruits and veggies- steer clear of legumes, grains and beans. Real life people! I had to stop, had to take breaks, said I can't - but I did, said what the hell - but kept going, got interrupted by Panda- but gave kisses but I got 2 workouts done tonight! I'll admit I was so scared of this program that I didn't start it when it was released for Coaches. When I saw the previews on our coach cruise I said no way- I'm not doing this one - I could never do those moves! It took 3 months to mentally prepare and convince myself to do it but I'm so glad I did because its pushing me like no other has. Dani came to us to prep for a competition and she discovered a month into training that a miracle had happened and she was expecting her first baby. I told her that we would love to still train her to have a easier labor and delivery as it proven that the more in shape and healthy you are the better labor and delivery are. We set her up on workout and diet plan. She was a little rockstar her entire pregnancy. We worked within the limits her doctor suggested. I want to loose fat in my thighs! . The most common request I get for a new workout program is โ€œI like how I look everywhere except my back/arms/belly/thighs. I want to lose fat just in this areaโ€ My reaction to this is ๐Ÿ™„. . There is no targeted weight loss option. We canโ€™t just lose arm fat or belly rolls. There is fat all over in our body. There are some parts that go first like your cheeks or breast depending on a person. Also working out just one particular area will make your body uneven. Guys who just workout upper body look strange with those skinny legs. Same with girls who work on their booty the most, donโ€™t have strong back and shoulders,so they wonโ€™t be able to squat heavy. Everything in your body should be about balance. . If you work out all groups of your body, follow your macros breakdown, keep deficit in calories, you will lose fat in all of your body! .
