In life you choose if you want to be a WORRIER or a WARRIOR. The Hard and The Easy in life are relative...To gain everything beyond ordinary in whatever area of your life inner strength is needed. You definitely need this when you build your own business. Many people today tell me about how nice it should be having your own business, being able to stay away from your work and travel, but none of them were there first 5 to 7 years when working hard and no vacation except free earned Herbalife Vacation was the rule. When you work without thinking of the results just enjoying the process and focusing on becoming better and better. And trusting God that results will come. One pointed focus to get what you set for your life. I wanted since I was 20 years old Freedom to not have to be under a boss decisions and schedule, freedom to travel in a few years where I want when I want and for longer than one week, freedom from financial everyday stress, freedom for my future children. Freedom to take care also of my spiritual life, did not know anything about yoga at that time. Wanted to be an Example for my children that one can be free to make its own program, but sacrifice and price has to be paid. I know this is the way in anything big you want to achieve. That’s why even in personal life I could easily embrace the label cheated married and divorced single mom or just get back a marriage label for lifetime but instead I assume my mistakes, I know the most beautiful blessing in my life is my baby she is not an add to my life or a burden, she has an amazing father and I have my own journey that I will have to do in a more conscious manner. In life the only way if you have high standards is to step up, raise your standards when life hits you, take everything as a lesson or blessing, say thank you to everyone involved, be kind to you and STEP UP! To your better self, to your better destinations. Hard is relative. Bearing the hard takes you to the highest peak of your potential. Average is easier. Your choice. So if you pass through difficulties promise yourself u will never settle for less than you can be, get or achieve. Do not settle.

We should focus more on functional movements that rely on many muscle groups. But even in doing complex movements, we can still be susceptible to highlighting one area more than others. RPE = 11/10 😶 . . . . Today was crazy hard! My body was sore despite a rest day and I was feeling pretty tired. Decided to get in and smash my deadlifts out despite all this knowing that I was avoiding this training session the entire week! This was the result! A great first rep, ok second, grind on my third and failed fourth. Prior to this I had failed my 4th rep at 115, took it down to 110 (shown) and after this decided to back it off all the way to 100. I ain’t even mad! . . . . I laughed after failing this rep, no point being angry or upset about it. It’s sessions like these that make you mentally and physically stronger, you build grit and can adapt this feeling to life. It didn’t affect my session in the slightest, in fact I had one of the best sessions yet! . . . . . Don’t be afraid of failure folks...it’s all part of the process! . . . . Kadang kadang yang membuat orang urung melakukan diet karena mindsetnya terlalu jauh mikirin tentang menu diet yang sehat. Padahal, diet bisa dimulai dari yang sederhana dan mudah. Jangan dulu mikirin beli ikan salmon kalo dengan 2 butir telur rebus aja sudah cukup untuk jadi lauk makan siang. Jangan terbebani dengan "mau cari brokoli dimana?" Kalo dengan bayam dan wortel rebus pun kamu sudah bisa menyiapkan porsi makanmu dengan baik. Jangan merasa ribet harus bikin air lemon pagi pagi, kalo dengan memperbanyak konsumsi air putih harian sesuai ukuran berat badan saja sudah bisa. There’s something so satisfying about lifting heavy weights. Way more satisfying than real ironing (where even IS my iron? 🤔😄). . Ladies in particular—I promise you, going to the gym will become SO much more fun and rewarding if/when you lose the fear of “bulking up” from lifting. . If you were going to look like a bodybuilder, you’d have to train like one, and most of us Average Joes are never going to put in that kind of time or effort or meticulous diet/supplements on top of the rigorous training itself. . If you’re a beginner, a trainer is a great way to get you introduced to the equipment and exercises best for you, so you don’t have to feel shy in the weight room.

Band exercise hack: Band raise pull aparts ➖ Front delts from raising in front of your body, side delts from extending the band and raising your arms out to your sides, and rear delts from pulling the band apart. ➖ It can of course be modified for more front or rear, but our focus here was more of a lateral raise. ➖ This added in behind Arnold presses, overhead presses, Turkish get ups, or pike push ups would be an extensive shoulder workout in and of itself. ➖ Oh yeah, band work will force you to control the movement more, since the exercise intensifies as the range of motion increases, unlike using traditional dumbbells, barbells etc. This can increase your muscle development, and decrease joint pain.
