This year so far! For the most part this year has been really different from every other year I've been training. The first few months all my focus was on college and my nutrition was terrible and as a result some weight was gained, then for the summer I cleaned everything up and lost a lot of that excess but kept gaining strength. Now my priorities have shifted again, I've started playing football which I'm loving and now I need to be quicker so more weight loss is next on the agenda! Heute Abend wird mit der Familie gegrillt. Bevor mein Mann und ich gleich noch eine Runde das Meer unsicher machen, hab ich eben noch einen Italienischen Tortellinisalat für später gezaubert, mit selbstgemachten roten Pesto. Der schmeckt jetzt schon klasse. Darf aber noch bis heute abend im Kühlschrank durchziehen. It's easy to look at these 1 month, 6 weeks, 3 month progress photos and feel like you aren't doing well but every day you put in the effort you are making progress. Keep going! Regrann from @go_mega_ldn - "But Maya I just feel like I'm not making progress, I thought it would be quicker and I'm trying so hard" Losing 2lbs a week consistently is attainable when conditions are optimal. 1lb a week is a more sensible target 1lb this week, 0.5lbs next week, a 1lb gain the following week..thats more likely how it will actually go. A QUESTO PUNTO, c'è da capire se non volete usare gli steroidi ma volete EVITARE gli effetti del SUPERALLENAMENTO, dovete prendere in considerazione LO STRESS e i suoi EFFETTI sul VOSTRO SISTEMA!!!... . IL FATTORE STRESS, l'esercizio è una forma di stress, sebbene sia una forma potenzialmente benefica. Senza lo stress applicato, come l'allenamento, il corpo non ha ragioni di adattarsi. LO DOVETE STIMOLARE a cambiare. Come ho parlato in un altro post precedente, secondo la SINDROME GENERALE DELL'ADATTAMENTO (dott. HANS SELYE), il corpo reagisce allo stress in 3 fasi: - FASE di ALLARME, qui è dove il corpo capisce e comincia a fare i cambiamenti per reagire al fattore di stress. - FASE di RESISTENZA, qui il corpo si adatta allo stress, aumentando la dimensione del muscolo per sostenere i maggiori carichi di lavoro. - FASE di ESAURIMENTO, qui il corpo viene sopraffatto dallo stress e non può adattarsi in tempo, ciò accade il SUPERALLENAMENTO CRONICO. . SFORTUNATAMENTE, come forse avete già capito, se andate sempre al massimo senza fermarvi mai per un attimo, condurrete il vostro corpo verso il baratro del SUPERALLENAMENTO, che è profondo come il Grand Canyon. . A QUESTO PUNTO, dovete capire, che se si vuole aumentare la propria massa il più rapidamente possibile, dovete usare L'ALLENAMENTO a FASI, o la ciclizzazione dell'intensità, cioè diventassero le vostre NORME FONDAMENTALI NEL BODYBUILDING!!. . TANTISSIME persone credono ciecamente al metodo delle fasi, ma non esegueno gli allenamenti a bassa intensità, permettendo al sistema di recuperare completamente il suo lavoro.
