RECIPE TIME! 🙌 Because I haven't stepped foot in the gym in almost 3 weeks and you guys deserve some up-to-date content that isn't throwback selfies of me half naked soooo... . I don't tolerate eggs, dairy, potato starch, oats, and I'm deathly allergic to cinnamon (just to name a few) so here's a very allergy friendly protein waffle recipe full of prebiotic fiber and will make your belly happy! And NO it's not low carb 😂👏 Its a delicious and nutritious, easily digestible breakfast treat! Perfect pre-workout meal IMO 😎 . (Accidentally) vegan chocolate chip protein waffles: ❤36g vanilla vegan protein ❤40g Enjoy Life waffle mix ❤113g unsweetened applesauce ❤1g sea salt ❤dash of vanilla extract ❤1 full dropper liquid stevia ❤14g chocolate chips ❤water . Just mix that shit up in a bowl! I recommend using a fork...and add small amounts of water gradually until you've reached the desired consistency. Not too clumpy, not too runny. . I like to top my waffles with @youfreshnaturals vanilla Fresharoo nut butter...I also enjoy eating it with a spoon, injecting it into my veins, bathing in it, etc. . MACROS ➡ 57c 12f 30p

{NEW} ULTIMATE Shrimp Cobb salad + Fresh Lemon-Chive Salad Dressing 💥🥑😍🍋 { I was thinking very seriously about life today, and realized that we would all eat salads more often if we had someone to make them for us...😋 bonus points if they look like this one! } makes 4 servings Ingredients: 1.5 lbs. large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 Tbsp avocado oil 4 boiled eggs cooked and peeled 6 slices of cooked nitrate-free bacon, diced 1 cup of organic corn kernels, either fresh or frozen - thawed 1 large avocado, diced 1/2 cup crumbed cheese of choice, feta or blue cheese are both great on this 6 packed cups chopped romaine lettuce Fresh Lemon-Chive Salad Dressing: 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced 1 fresh garlic clove 4 fresh chives sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste Instructions: In a blender or food processor, pulse all Salad Dressing ingredients until creamy. Taste, adjust seasonings to your liking. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to use. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large skillet over med-high heat; Add in shrimp and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until pink and just cooked through. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, then set aside. Works absolutely perfectly on pasta 🍝 Makes 2-4 servings: * For the green sauce: * 1 cup fresh parsley, stems removed * 1 cup packed fresh basil * 1 cup packed baby spinach * 1/4 cup olive oil * 1/4 cup water * 1-2 tbsp green hot sauce * 2 garlic cloves * 1/2 tsp salt * few cracks of black pepper * Juice of 1/2 to 1 full lemon Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a smooth sauce forms. Happpppppy Friday people!!
