FESTIVALS ❤️ ⠀⠀ Fé is natuurlijk niet voor niets onderdeel van het woord Féestbeest ;-) My God, wat houd ik van goed uit mijn plaat gaan. ⠀⠀ Sinds mijn zestiende ging ik uit en hield ik van R&B, schudden-met je-billen-muziek (nog steeds trouwens, vunzige deuntjes 😍) en EDM/house... Inmiddels bijna (!) tien jaar later geniet ik nog net zo van uit mijn plaat gaan. Maar dan wel op uptempo hardcore (welcome to the darkside😏). Al vijf jaar ben ik gek op de hardere stijlen. Killed it squatting tonight with my bro @raymond_fit_life ! 💪 Was carbless for 2 days and still very out of it overall mentally too so took it easy. 😥 Did 2 sets of 10 135, set of 5 185, set of 5 225, set of 5 275, set of 3 315, set of 1 335 speed rep, set of 3 365 (messed up my breathing 3rd rep and threw me off groove😧), and a set of 7 315 pause reps(tied my best). 😁 Off days come and go.... just got to push harder on those kind of days. I will get that 6 rep PR with 365 even on this cut! 😐 Just have to be more mentally serious about it! 🙏

Killed it with seated shoulder presses after training to failure with flat bench press and incline bench press. 💪 First time doing seated press and it felt good! 🙌 Did 2 sets of 10 95, set of 14 135 failure, set of 17 95 rear delt press, set of 15 rear delt press, and a set of 20 95. 🤘 Happy with how this went because I had an issue in my arms for a while after doing these awhile back. Zero issues with it today! 🙏
