Hot in here Pasta! Pasta al'arrabiata 🔥 . Ihr braucht . 7 Tomaten 2 Knoblauchzehen 2 Schalotten 1/2 Zucchini 1 Chilischote 1/2 Limette Sambal Oelek Zucker Salz Olivenoel Basilikum . Bei den Tomaten und der Chilischote Sind die Qualität ausschlaggebend. Sind eure Tomaten zu hell/geschmacksneutral könnt ihr mit Tomatenmark nachhelfen! . Ritzt die Tomaten am Boden mit einem X ein und übergiesst sie mit heißem Wasser, die Tomaten sollten vollständig bedeckt sein. Lasst sie etwa 2 Minuten ziehen nehmt sie sodann wieder raus und stellt sie kurz bei Seite. Schalotten und Knofi klein schneiden und in etwas oel andünsten. Zucchini klein schneiden und ebenfalls in die Pfanne geben. Die Tomaten Schalen, Strunk entfernen, klein schnibbeln und dazu geben. Alles ein paar Minuten köcheln lassen damit die Tomaten weich werden. Chilischote klein schneiden und ohne Kerne dazu geben. Etwa 1/2 El Sambal Oelek und limettensaft dazu und je nach Gusto mit Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker abschmecken. Nudeln kochen und direkt in die sauce geben, kurz ziehen lassen und mit Parmesan und Basilikum anrichten. So the boys got up early and went fishing (since if you want to catch fish your supposed to get out there as the sun rises) which meant me being awake as there not the quietest bunch 🤪 I do not fish this early or do anything this early except workout (guess that’s how ya know I really enjoy my workouts in the morning ❤️😜) Well earlier then I like but ready to go get it done and then will take 2advantage of the less bodies in the house and try to clean up! This one weekend, I met my fitwife at her house for a workout. I was struggling to stay committed. So she told me, you come to my house and we will workout, together. She wanted to make sure I stayed on track. The next weekend, two more of my fitwives joined. The experience was amazing. We laughed and cursed the challenging moves together. We danced. Then, Covid came. We were seperated from eachother, and this amazing gathering we had created was torn from us. Until. We entered our virtual gathering. Created by our very own, this Virtual Fit Club was extended to women seeking female companionship, laughs, an environment supporting children running in the background, on a health and fitness journey, or even just wanting to try it out. This is why I love these ladies. Their imagination keeps our team bonded through thick and thin, their love supports me in my time of need, and their creativity is one others can't help but mirror. Все вы наверное наблюдали за нашими каждодневными берпи, нашими тренировками на горе Казахстан,а также миллионы функциональных трень по субботам..... Эта суббота не отличилась....мы поехали до Белоусовки(21 км от города),доехав до туда решили поехать ещё дальше...до Белокаменки(+7км)... Ноги забились....попец отпал....жара нереальная...сгорели....но мы добрались....ещё мой железный конь меня подвёл.... скорость 3 не работала.... Hot in here Pasta! Pasta al'arrabiata 🔥 . Ihr braucht . 7 Tomaten 2 Knoblauchzehen 2 Schalotten 1/2 Zucchini 1 Chilischote 1/2 Limette Sambal Oelek Zucker Salz Olivenoel Basilikum . Bei den Tomaten und der Chilischote Sind die Qualität ausschlaggebend. Sind eure Tomaten zu hell/geschmacksneutral könnt ihr mit Tomatenmark nachhelfen! . Ritzt die Tomaten am Boden mit einem X ein und übergiesst sie mit heißem Wasser, die Tomaten sollten vollständig bedeckt sein. Lasst sie etwa 2 Minuten ziehen nehmt sie sodann wieder raus und stellt sie kurz bei Seite. Schalotten und Knofi klein schneiden und in etwas oel andünsten. Zucchini klein schneiden und ebenfalls in die Pfanne geben. Die Tomaten Schalen, Strunk entfernen, klein schnibbeln und dazu geben. Alles ein paar Minuten köcheln lassen damit die Tomaten weich werden. Chilischote klein schneiden und ohne Kerne dazu geben. Etwa 1/2 El Sambal Oelek und limettensaft dazu und je nach Gusto mit Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker abschmecken. Declan decided he wanted to join me with my workout this Morning. Initially he was in the way and I easily could have given up on my workout OR I could just let him join in. I easily could complain about my kids being underfoot and use it as an excuse not to workout on some days. . But what has a complaint ever done for us? Has it helped? Has it brought life? Has it bolstered spirits?. . Nope. . I had a teachable moment. A moment to teach my son exercise can be fun. . What if, instead, we replaced our complaints with joyful words. What if we replaced our grumbling with gratitude? Grumbling starves the soul, while gratitude can feed it. . Today, we have the opportunity to starve or feed the atmosphere of our home.
