Do you PUSH-UP?💜 ~ Push-ups are one of the most frequently utilized exercise for toning chest muscles and increasing upper body strength. ~ Proper execution of this exercise is key. ~ There are many variations of the push-up. Depending on your level of strength and experience, choose what is appropriate for you. ~ Push-ups should be performed on your hands and toes while keeping your body straight. Try to avoid back sagging or curving upward. Arms should be placed directly under your shoulders or slightly wider. Lower your body until your arms are at a 90° angle and then push back into the starting position. ~ To perform a slow push-up, take a few seconds to raise your body, pause and then slowly lower it down. This technique will provide a challenge and ensure the results you desire. The slow push-up will aid in stimulating your core and result in stronger muscles. ~ TUT(time under tension), is a technique that keeps your muscles under constant strain. This forces the muscles to work harder which makes them grow. ~ The most important thing is to use proper technique and avoid injury. ~ There very many benefits of push-ups. This exercise will improve your strength training and your muscular endurance. ~ Did you know that muscle tissue burns more calories than fat? This means more the muscle you have, the better your metabolism will be. ~ This was my fourth superset. So I've decided to try intermittent fasting to see if I can solve my stomach problems, I'm been guided though it all by a professional, I also have a knee injury so that is effecting Me training. I started off with a 48hour fast with just drinking the water mix that has all tge vitamins that my body needs. There are two meals that Ive had so fair... One the first meal I found that I was still sore and feeling bloated, which me know to cut out green vegetables to see if that helps, last night was second meal and the onion and potatoes was effecting my stomach. My stomach wasn't as bad as night one. But trying to cut out the food that does effect me is a great thing and understanding what works for my body. Finished a 12 km run this morning in a time of 55.38.05 I have not done anything more than 10.5 km in the last few weeks daily and can do a 10 in 47.34 or so. it was a little tough on me to be honest .The journey seemed long , the hills chowed my legs and it really did feel like I was running to nowhere .I got to Watch the sun come up though and that was beautiful. These distances are starting to get tough on me 😑😂 But I honestly enjoy every moment of it. I don't really know if I am doing enough milage for the week but the whole purpose of these long runs (yes they long to me) Is to gain the stamina I need , to not run out of energy to quickly ,and prepare myself for the track , road running and cross country.i love all 3 disciplines .Track the most though and most important When I ran my 800m a few weeks ago , I got tired after the first lap and it was difficult to hang on .I was 30 seconds off. It does make a whole lot of a difference . I decided to postpone my trial for another 3 weeks so that I'm more than extra ready when I do the 800m and 1500m again, really want to target a 2.10 on the 800m and 4.20 on a 1500m. 16.30 on a 4 km and anything close to 40.00 on a 10 km .I still have lots of work to do .Times are getting close but not close enough so until then ,I just keep at it 😊 #runner #longdistancelover #middledistance #track #800m #1500m #4km #10km #cardio #fitnessalltheway #healthylifestyle #healthychoices #positive #roadrunning #crosscountry #runningterritory #toughaintenough #fitmommy #fitwoman #striding #happiness #goals #lifestyle

The word “success” is a tricky one to use when describing something as personal as money, so let me remind you of my definition of MONEY SUCCESS: When you love how you earn money, spend money and invest money, and you feel good when you hear the word M*O*N*E*Y, you are experiencing MONEY SUCCESS. There isn’t a certain annual income you have to reach to be in the MONEY SUCCESS category. After all, one could earn $100,000 per year but spend $150,000 a year and have $1,000,000 in debt. One thing I wish I’d learned before my 17th birthday is, The Two Types of Income: 1) ACTIVE INCOME, trading hours for dollars. As soon as you stop acting/doing things/showing up at the job, the money stops. 2) PASSIVE INCOME, creating a “money machine”: online course, music album, audiobook, stock photos. You do something once, offer it on one or many online platforms, and money keeps rolling in as long as your money machine is operating. This Chapter (5) is about ACTIVE INCOME FROM SELF-EMPLOYMENT (NOT A JOB WITH A BOSS). Guten Morgen ☀️ Seit ein paar Tagen bin ich wahnsinnig aufgebläht und wie angeschwollen - der Grund ist einfach und sehr weiblich 🍓 und nervt mich. Seit der Entbindung ist die monatliche Regelblutung eine Tortur. Ohne doppelte Sicherung geht nix, oft muss ich nachts extra aufstehen und wechseln - was toll ist, wenn man eh nicht so viel schlafen darf 🙄 Jedenfalls empfinde ich das als nicht normal und muss das dringend abklären lassen. Immerhin ist die Geburt fast 17 Monate her 🤷🏼‍♀️ Von meiner aktuellen Stimmung brauchen wir nicht reden 😭 Allgemein ist die grad aktuell eher zum Verkriechen und extrem weinerlich und negativ. Ich habe einfach Angst vor meiner beruflichen Zukunft, fühle mich allein und wie im freien Fall... Da tut die monatliche Hormon Überdosis natürlich ihr Übriges! Die Kinder plus aktuell die #21dayshabits #challenge motivieren mich zum Glück zum Rausgehen und bewegen 🙏 Ich teile das mit euch, weil es zu mir und meinem Alltag gehört - genauso, wie dieser Speckbauch da oben eben da ist - mal mehr, mal weniger ☝🏻 für mich gehts jetzt erstmal zum Nägel machen, meine langen Hauer müssen ab! I am not sure as to what I will enjoy wearing to the gym more than these leggings once these wear out. They're my most favorite leggings that I own; the color, the feel, the fit. They're perfect for when I do cardio, too! Speaking of cardio.. I didn't run so great today, as I felt extremely sick (not contagious, but like sick to my stomach) and bloated today. Yeah, I know that I don't look bloated in this picture, but I most definitely felt that way. It is not hormone related either. My diet has been consistent with minimal carbs and sugar, I haven't tried any new foods either, so I am wondering if I can go for allergy testing to see if there is something my body is trying to reject. I am still at a healthy weight of 128, and my goal is 125. I was 135, not fat, but not toned either. I have lost a great amount of body fat, and I am so proud of myself. My runs are getting better, and with my knee, I still haven't done any weight lifting as I am still taking it easy. Oh, and now I am getting off track to my injury. Today was my 2nd time in <1 month that I got injured at work. I have worked at my job for nearly 7y now and never been injured, but now all of the sudden I get 2 injuries within 1 month. My goodness, I don't know how I make it through the day some times. Lol K, I am done rambling.
