Two of my heavy compound exercises in today’s workout 🏋🏼‍♀️ 1) Chin ups. Using a resistance band is a great way to focus on your form without being locked into a machine but having a little bit of extra help. Every week I’ve been decreasing the reps and decreasing the size of the resistance band so🤞🏼 next week there will be no band! 2) Hip Thrusts to the floor. I’ve been doing hip thrusts as a big compound exercise for a while now, but only a few weeks ago have we changed it to setting on the floor after each rep. I have found doing this I have been able to very quickly progress with weights and it’s felt great! This week was 4 sets of 5 reps of 150kg! I then did 5 more specific muscle focused exercises at a higher rep range! Spilling the positivi-TEA tips☕️ • I’m finding recently that I’m becoming more of a positive person with a better outlook on situations that would once have brought me to an unhappy place💫 • There’s little things that I have found to help me when I’m in a negative headspace and I really want to turn my day around: ⚪️Surrounding myself with better people (especially my ladies @dufcladies who always keep me grounded and happy)❤️ ⚪️Taking a moment to breathe and centre myself, to remind me that whatever has happened isn’t going to ruin my entire day, it was only 1 moment out of thousands 🧘🏼‍♂️ ⚪️Speaking to people - especially those you trust💕 In my personal opinion, those who surround you should uplift you, so if you need to speak to friend to put a smile on your face then do it - your friends will want to see you happy! ⚪️Exercise!!!🏋🏼‍♀️ there’s no denying that the endorphins released during exercise can MASSIVELY boost your mood • There’s hundreds more tips out there that will help everyone - I just how this reminds even one person that you can turn your day around ☀️

It was hard going back to the gym and getting back into my workouts this week. Even though I didnt feel like it, I knew my body needed it and I had to start again somewhere. . These are a few of the workouts we've been doing with this brand new program that just launched in the summer. It's a great mix of plyometrics, cardio, lifting, mobility, with a little kickboxing. . My online accountability sisterhood has been so supportive of me as I get back into being healthy again. But if you find yourself obsessing, if you find that you isolate yourself from the ‘unknowns’ and from the beauty that lies in life’s spontaneities…I urge you to look inside and ask where the true root of your problem lies. . . Coming in hot! At the finish line of my 11 mile run this morning was my princess awaiting for her Mommie to finish her Saturday morning run as she played in the sprinkler waiting patiently for me to finish! The hugs and kisses I received following my run MADE my run that much better. This girl right here is my #1 fan, my #1 cheerleader and my biggest purpose well along with my amazing husband Jeff. I will daily work on myself, my health and my fitness goals until the day I die for her and my future grand babies! (Literally no if’s, butts, ands or ors) I WILL totally be that Grandma who is in phenomenal shape and never have to say no to my grand babies because of choices I made when I was younger. That’s why we start teaching our children at a young age, leading by example and expressing the importance of putting our health and physical fitness at the top of our priority list not at the bottom! Guys it’s not going away health and fitness will always be the BIGGEST aspects of our lives this isn’t just a trend this is life and it’s beyond important. Life will continue to become busier and busier it’s part of life. Life isn’t easy, it’s not supposed to be easy but the PAYOFF will pay dividends. Anything ever worth having or being is never easy and it takes hard work, effort and consistency that’s part of life I’m sorry, so get over it. We all have 24 hours in a day, we all have children, we all have sports, we all have social obligations, we all have chores, we all have hobbies, we all have jobs, we all need to relax and the list goes on and on. But...... put your health and fitness at the top of that list! Not at the bottom, not in the middle at the very top #1. Don’t ever think it’s too late! Start today actually start right now. Je fais la meuf qui souris mais vraiment les cabines d’essayages ça a toujours été (meme aujourd’hui) un enfer pour moi. Je peine tellement à m’accepter, dès que j’essaie un vêtement, rien de me va et directement vient cette petite voix me disant « je suis enorme, je me déteste, pourquoi je ne suis pas comme ci, comme ça » et tu peux être sure que je ressors sans aucun fringue. (Comme aujourd’hui d’ailleurs). Et tu peux aussi être sure que mon mental est down pour le reste de la journée. Aujourd’hui par miracle, même si je me dis encore toutes ces choses (que personne ne devrait se dire à soir même qu’on soit bien d’accord) J’arrive a me dire, bon bah toi t’es comme ça, elle ou elle est comme elle est et tu ne seras jamais pareil, car tu es toi. A part améliorer la personne que je suis, je ne pourrais jamais changer ma morphologie. J’ai longtemps complexés sur mes hanches larges et mes jambes. Plus jeune cela minsupporyait vous imaginez même pas. Et je ne vous parle même pas de mes autres complexes. Bref, pour conclure aujourd’hui même si j’ai des complexes, je relativise UN PEU (chaque pas est important) et cela me touche UN PEU moins qu’avant. . Today I’m focusing on my legs. It’s probably the most stressful days of my workout schedule. I work on them 2 days a week. It requires you to step into a very dark place mentally and push despite whatever pain and discomfort you feel. It requires a full incorporation of your central nervous system which can make you feel completely exhausted. If you aren’t struggling and wobbling after leg day you aren’t going hard enough. Another salad dressing recommendation for ya 👉🏼@newmansown sesame ginger 😍 This has been making my simple meals so much better. This one was romaine, broccoli, lettuce, and chicken... and this yummy dressing. I found this one for about $2 at Walmart, and the macros are pretty great for salad dressing: 5g carbs, 1.5g fat, 0g protein for 2T. And don't get me started on the ingredients. They're not super clean or whole30, but my strategy is a little bit different these days AND THAT'S OKAY 💁🏻‍♀️ #MTNAYFITYEAR

Das ist eine gute Frage! Ich vermute mit dem erdrückenden Gefühl nichts WERT zu SEIN. Mir wurde in laufe meines Lebens von anderen (auch von meiner Familie) immer das Gefühl vermittelt nicht zu reichen nichts Wert zu sein Körperlich sowie seelisch hat man nur immer das Gefühl gegeben nicht zu reichen. Ich war nie schlank und mit knapp 16 hatte ich es geschafft mich auf fast 100 kg hoch zu futtern. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Manu: „WoW 😮 von der eigenen Familie?! Das ist wirklich Bitter... ich glaube das möchte keiner! Wie hoch war dein „Gewicht“? Ich kann mir vorstellen nicht gerade hoch wenn selbst die Familie einen dieses Gefühl vermittelt...“ Jenny: „Mein tiefpunkt war mit 21 und 56 Kilo. Völlig im Glauben alles unter Kontrolle zuhaben und knapp 5 Jahre später aß ich so gut wie nichts mehr und wenn übergab ich mich. Ich wurde zwar mittlerweile von anderen wahrgenommen und auch bewundert für meine dünne Figur aber innerlich war ich tot und alles kreiste ums essen. Ich hab an keinen events teilgenommen, ständig ausreden gesucht und wenn ich essen musste, habe ich so übertrieben mit dem Essen aus Angst es merkt jemand. Und sobald es eine emotionale Situation die ich nicht kontrollieren konnte stopfte ich alles in mich hinein und als Bestraffung erbrach ich mich bis ich kraftlos zusammen gebrochen bin. Das ging so bis ich 21 war und noch 56kg wog. Schön und geliebt fühlte ich mich immer noch nicht.“ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Manu: „56 Kilo?! Oha das ist nicht gerade viel! 😳 Do you see that spot on my stomach?⁣ ⁣ 👉🏻 it’s not the only one. I have 4 of them on my body. ⁣ ⁣ I have to admit I edit them out of my pictures because they bother me. I know it shouldn’t but it does. ⁣ This one is the most noticeable one with workout clothes on but as soon as I slip a bikini on you can see the others. I’m constantly being asked why I have bruises all over my body. ⁣ ⁣ Here’s the truth 🗣 I’m allergic to the world. No joke. I have been to multiple doctors and all of them believe I’m allergic to the fabrics from my workout clothing. ⁣ (I’m also allergic to prescription glass/contacts and synthetic glues 🤦🏻‍♀️ and most likely so many other materials that I haven’t realized yet) ⁣ ⁣ What’s a girl to do?!? This is my uniform. Trust me, if I could workout in my bamboo pajamas I would!!! ⁣ ⁣ I have a steroid cream that I am suppose to apply every morning and night. But let’s be real, who has time to remember that?!? Especially without coffee in my system and most times at that point I’m rushing to get out the door (with coffee in hand) or exhausted from the day that I forget at night. ⁣ ⁣ I know I can’t be the only one with this struggle! I have tried different detergents from fragrance free to #doterra essential oils. ⁣ ⁣ Do you struggle with allergic reactions? What do you do? ⁣ ⁣ Please throw me some tips or yoga clothing I should try below 👇🏻

I'm not going to lie... I dont really care if people see my underwear because either way people are always going to look 🙄🤷‍♀️.. shorts are stretchy which I could've size down but I like being comfortable so I stick to medium.
