Seated dumbbell side laterals 5. Standing dumbbell side laterals 6. Seated dumbbell front raises with 2 second flex at top 7. Dumbbell Y raises 8. Cable face pulls for rear delts . I lowered my weight on several exercises today because I continue to struggle between using the target muscles I'm supposed to use and just using "anybody to get the job done".🙈 I figure as long as I keep trying I will improve over time. . When addressing back pain from squatting, always start from the...ankles? — One thing i never understand for a long time was why my lower back always hurt after squatting. I strengthened my core, worked on my hamstrings, worked on my hip mobility, did more lower back exercises, everything i could think of that surrounded the lower back, but it never seemed to get better. Then, however long ago while listening to mind pump, the mobility master @mindpumpadam dropped some knowledge: “start at the feet.” Seemed strange to me at first, but then i did some reading. And here is some copied and pasted stuff i found online that I’m passing along — “As the hips drop below parallel, the ankle must have the ROM to let the knee pass over the toe. If the knee cannot go past the toe, the hips must find a new joint to reach depth. The brain defaults to the hip and forces the pelvis to roll under the hips, the butt wink, and sends a shooting pain to L5/S1” — How did i fix this? 1. I strengthened my feet and squatted barefoot at the house and in merrells. Build the mind [email protected] with your feet and grip the ground. 2. Ankle mobility. Ankle mobility. Ankle mobility. Roll the lower part of the back of your shins, stretch your ankle. Look up the ankle mobility wall test. Put your foot on a bench at knee height and lean into it, push the knee of the ankle. Do this at home, and before you squat. Senza questo punto i primi due non valgono nulla perché tutto ciò che raggiungerai non sarà mai abbastanza, non ti vedrai mai bene e non starai mai bene con te stessa! . Come farlo? Cercare ambizioni, passioni che ti completino, chiederti cosa davvero ti rende felice! E sono sicura che non sono degli addominali e un 🍑 sodo, ne sono sicura perché pur avendoli non mi sentivo completa ed ero molto lontana dalla felicità, ma un compagno, un lavoro che ti stimola, avere quel perché per cui alzarti la mattina. . Bisogna intraprendere un percorso di allenamento di resistenza intensivo e fare le giuste scelte alimentari....!! 1 .Inizia a seguire un programma di sollevamento pesi ben strutturato. Se hai deciso di voler migliorare il tuo fisico, la prima cosa da fare è intraprendere con dedizione un programma di allenamento con i pesi. La scheda dovrebbe essere completa, ovvero permetterti di allenare tutti i maggiori gruppi muscolari. 2. Modifica l'Alimentazione per Migliorare il tuo Corpo Consuma abbastanza proteine. Ogni singolo tessuto è costituito da proteine, che si scompongono e si esauriscono quando il corpo viene sottoposto a uno sforzo. Reintegra le proteine perdute e permetti all'organismo di acquisirne abbastanza da poter rigenerare i muscoli. Per farlo, mangia carni magre, uova, frutta secca o latte e derivati a ogni pasto. Le proteine sono il fondamento di qualsiasi dieta da bodybuilder e non solo . 3.Prendi degli integratori per arricchire la tua alimentazione e assicurarti di assumere tutti i nutrienti necessari. Può essere difficile consumare abbastanza proteine e altri nutrienti fondamentali mangiando normalmente. È qui che entrano in gioco gli integratori. Una barretta proteica può darti subito 30 o 40 grammi di proteine pure, senza doverti mettere ai fornelli e misurare scrupolosamente gli ingredienti. Gli integratori sono sempre disponibili e utili per combattere i morsi della fame. Se hai fretta, possono anche sostituire un pasto.
