Two main ways to get Vitamin D are by- 👉🏻exposing your bare skin to sunlight (ultraviolet B rays). 👉🏻 taking Vit D supplements. You CANNOT get the right amount of Vit D your body needs, from food. Dai confessiamolo, quante di voi lo hanno pensato, detto e sentito 🙈🙈 eh si perché noi donnine ogni tanto siamo un po’ disinformate e pensiero che dato che il nostro punto critico, nella maggior parte dei casi, son gambe e glutei allora per risolvere il problema bisogni allenare solo quelli🤔 ma come: adductor machine, abductor macchine, slanci glutei, cardio e addominali e via a casa 🙈 squat e affondi con moderazione perché ingrossano le gambe e io le voglio sottili e la parte alta possiamo anche non allenarla perché non mi interessa...il mio problema son le gambe, voglio un gluteo da urlo e senza inestetismi 😍 ma non capisco, mi faccio il mazzo ogni giorno e tutto ciò non arriva 😩 e qui poi subentrano senso di insoddisfazione e frustrazione 🙈 ci ritroviamo spesso con la parte superiore priva di tono, molliccia e estremamente magra in confronto agli arti inferiori che appaino gonfi, tozzi e con la ritenzione perenne! Primi errore: allenare sempre le gambe con esercizi di rifinitura e uccidersi giornalmente di cardio (spesso unito ad un’alimentazione poco equilibrata) non farà altro che peggiorare lo stato di infiammazione e vi ritroverete più gonfie, con più ritenzione e conseguente ristagno di liquidi...secondo errore: la parte alta risulterà deallenata, priva di muscolo e si enfatizzerà spesso una postura scorretta, nella maggior parte dei casi avremo un atteggiamento cifotico con caratteristiche spalle curve in avanti e strette...e avete mai pensato che la postura scorretta, una spalla stretta e curva e l’assenza di tono muscolare nella parte superiore unita ad accumuli adiposi, ritenzione e gonfiore nella parte inferiore non farà altro che evidenziare maggiormente la tanto odiata forma a pera che cerchiamo di combattere???🍐🍐Ma nel modo sbagliato 🙈 partiamo dal fatto che per costruire un fisico armonioso bisogna allenare tutti i muscoli, e che maggiore tessuto muscolare avrete e maggiore sarà il vostro dispendio energetico anche a riposo 😜 non massacrando giornalmente le gambe in modo inutile, ma con un programma sensato dove il cardio sia presente in giusta misura e non manchino squat e affondi (sempre abbinando una corretta alimentazione) ⬇️⬇️ at Ludus Maximus IFBB
