Zwar sind sie ein wichtiger Bestandteil, müssen aber zwingend von unserem Rücken und unserer Hüfte unterstützt werden. _ Möchten wir unsere Körpermitte trainieren, kommen einigen sicherlich unzählige Sit-up und Crunch Bewegungen in den Sinn. Ganz unsinnig ist das zwar nicht, jedoch empfiehlt es sich, die Corespannung durch Übungen zu trainieren, welche die Stabilität unserer Körpermitte fördern. . _ Gerade beim Bauchtraining haben einige Trainierende mit Nackenbeschwerden zu kämpfen Daher baue ich unheimlich gerne statische Stabilisationsübungen ein. Auf dem Bild seht ihre eine meiner Favoriten. _ 👉In Rückenlage mit dem Kopf angrenzend zu einer Wand 👉Gymnastikball zwischen Fußspitzen und Wand klemmen 👉Den Ball so lange wie möglich mit den Füßen gegen die Wand pressen, ohne dass er abrutscht (z. 🔸HOW TO DO PENDLAY ROWS - by @breitfit🔸⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 📝 Pendlay rows are a great exercise because besides its focus on upper back development you get more bang for your back here as the posterior chain also gets worked. Before we dig into the tutorial one word of caution though: Not everyone initially possesses the required mobility to execute the pendlay row safely! If you cannot maintain a neutral spine when grabbing that bar on the floor you are better off working with other lifts (e.g. bent-over rows from the rack or plates) while improving your mobility and movement control before getting into pendlays. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➕ During the setup for the pendlays it is crucial to maintain a neutral back and engaged core. Make sure to look down and not overextending your neck. Before you initiate the pull your shoulders are protracted and retract and depress as you start rowing. This is also the point where you should inhale. Hold and brace while you row the barbell up towards your breastbone or the upper abs. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➕ When rowing the weigh up it is crucial to not pull from your lower back but from your upper back. The lower back’s job here is stabilization, nothing more. Also make sure to keep that close to parallel to the floor torso alignment during the row and don’t extend up in the endrange. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➕ When you drop the weight down exhale. Lower it until it touches the floor and stop a short time here (“deadstop”). The floor is where each rep ends and begins (which makes this barbell row a real pendlay row). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔈Happy rowing! I want to talk about the difference between comparing yourself for self-destruction and looking at others for motivation. Bc THERES A DIFFERENCE.👏🏼💘 • that begins with the way you view yourself. It’s okay to want more for yourself but it’s NOT OKAY to hate yourself for where you are now. That’s the shift in mindset. • It’s okay to look at someone else (for example I’m unbelievably motivated by @kk_fit_) for motivation and say “damn that’s what I want to be. I want to be strong and confident”. It’s NOT okay to look at yourself and say “wow I suck so much bc I can’t do what they can do.” • And you wanna know what else? Someone is probably looking at YOU for that same motivation. So by you constantly knocking yourself down, you’re showing others that THEIR motivation isn’t enough. Bc YOU are not enough. • Look to others for motivation and for inspiration to better yourself. NOT for reasons as to why you are not enough. You would never look at someone else and tell them why they aren’t good enough right? So why in the HELL would you do it to yourself?✨ • Be motivated by others. By inspired by others. But NEVER tear yourself down BECAUSE of others. be motivated and inspired by your dang SELF.✨ . . . .
