Ist es zu empfehlen? Schwer zu sagen, in den meisten Fällen würde die Antwort nein lauten. Da eure Regeneration unter der größeren Menge an Sport leiden wird 🤓 Aber wer Zeit hat viel zu schlafen und auch die Zeit zum Sport hat, kann natürlich auch bei der Komponente mehr rausholen. 🐕 ———————————————————————— Ich mags nicht zu sagen, so und so viel Prozent ist das wichtig und so und so viel das. Is my face melting?!?! 😱 ---------- YES it is!! Quick... Someone call my mum! 🤣 ---------- All joking aside, i have been asked 3 times this week so... There are 2 things found in pre workouts that can cause this 🔸 Beta - alanine is an acidity buffer in your muscles (helps to stop muscles fatiguing as fast with lactic acid build up). It also causes something called acute paresthesia (an odd numbness, pins and needles'y thing due to how it affects your nervous system) which is harmleas but feels weird.. like dead arm/leg after you have fallen asleep on it but not as bad, then with the oins and needlea after. 🔹niacin (vitamin B3) can in large enough doses (not sure how big and its not in all pre workouts) can cause a hot flush type feeling than can be accompanied with a burning sensation or itchyness. Take home message = its a weird feeling but yiu wont die from it... Pre workout isnt essential so if it makes you feel as weied as it does for some people... Coffee will do the job instead 😁 at London, United Kingdom

In my humble opinion, the wide sternum pullup (or "wide arched pullup) is by far the best pullup variation for overall back development. . 👨‍🏫 It targets both the lats and traps muscles while having little biceps and forearm engagement. . Form cues : . ➡️ depress and retract scapulas . ➡️ squeeze your glutes while arching your back . ➡️ aim To bring your sternum To the bar . . Pullups are way harder with this form so even if you are used To do them weighted like me, i would suggest To start training them with bodyweight at first👍 . After seeing everyone’s decade look back, I took a stroll down memory lane and could hardly find any pics from 2009. But what I did find was so refreshing... while so much has changed (and for the better), it’s nice to know that some things haven’t changed at all!!! ❤️ . . From 22 👉🏼 to 32, 10 years has brought more adventure than I ever could’ve dreamed: . . -Moved home to finish my bachelors degree -Began my career in the fitness industry -Met my husband -Moved across the country to Cali with the man of my dreams, got engaged, got married. -Gained an amazing step son (Charlie) & dog (Buster) -Moved to WA State, got another dog (my love, Henry), started competing. -Moved to Florida, won my pro-card in fitness, started a team and a business, made life long friends. -Moved to VA/DC area, focused on competing all over the world, in the Arnold’s and Olympia twice. -Moved to Rhode Island....and up next, moving to Spain in a few months! . . Here’s to another decade of adventures! 🙏🏼

My bandana is back, and it feels good 🙌🏼 ⠀ This week I’ve been thinking a lot about how we often change ourselves, beliefs and lives because we’re so caught up in trying to change. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m all for change for the better but it breaks my heart to see people comparing themselves on social media, changing who they really are or trying to be someone else ⠀ If you’re getting caught up in this trap then this let this be your wake-up call to never lose sight of who you are, what makes you YOU and what really makes you happy. ⠀ Once we start to lose touch with that it can be really hard to get back. ⠀ I was that girl not too many years ago who followed other peoples diets, workout plans, hairstyles, mannerisms AND EVERYTHING ELSE. I wasn’t me anymore 🤦🏼‍♀️ ⠀ 🙏🏼 PLEASE don’t try to become someone else 🙏🏼 ⠀ You might not be able to see how amazing you really are BUT I guarantee that if I asked a friend or family member to name something special about you they wouldn’t be stuck. Don’t change for anyone ❌ ⠀ It’s the total opposite if you’re trying to find that best version of yourself. When you’re in this place then by all means, take the advice from good coaches and trainers to makes changes that work for YOU. ⠀ If you know something will make you miserable or cause stress then try something else, reach out and ask if there are alternatives that you can try. We are all unique and you’re better than buying a generic workout or meal plan. Invest in yourself. What’s more important is understanding how to energetically ground and rise in the body. _____ Correct ✅: * Ground all corners of feet into the floor, especially the big toe and heels. * The most mind blowing concept here is that the heels actually press into the floor and towards hips, instead of away from hips. This engages the hamstrings and creates more space throughout the spine. * Widen across chest and press shoulders down into floor. Hey👋🏻 . Ab heute gehts bergauf. 20 Grad und ☀️🌴. Gestern waren wir in Long Beach. Wir waren dort im Aquarium, sind am Hafen entlang spaziert, haben uns das Schiff Queen Mary angesehen und waren in einem Outlet shoppen. Für 60$ ist das Aquarium allerdings nicht zu empfehlen. Es war ganz schön und toll gemacht aber viel zu teuer. Wir machen uns gleich fertig und dann fahren wir zu den Universal Studios🌴. Darauf freue ich mich schon die ganzen Tage😊 In der Story werde ich euch etwas mitnehmen. . I was so annoyed that my running buddy randomly decided to snatch my phone and hiked the mountain -.- At least he helped me took photos lol 😂 + the weather is so nice these days + hiking at this hour turns out to be very refreshing.
