Here i am, October 22nd , 2018 @ 10:50 am. I’m leaner , I’m stronger, I’m wiser in my workouts , and most importantly - I’m more consistent. I currently have been working out 6 days a week. 3 for booty 1 for abs 1 for abs + cardio 1 for abs + back + arms It’s been hard balancing so many days of the gym and work and school , but i remember i have goals and gainz to be attained. + I want to thank my beautiful fiancé for staying on my ass about it. Some days I’ll take a nap and not want to to go or I’ll eat and not wanna go but he reminds me that’s what i need to do. Thanks for you belief in me baby. 💕 So here i am today. Thought I’d smash out some speed chute training this morning. The added resistance you gain from using the speed chute helps to strengthen the leg muscles and over time increases step turnover which directly translates to faster acceleration and a higher top speed. What does it take to be a bikini competitor? Well I can tell you that it's not talent. It's not a specialty, it doesn't run in the family. You dont need agility, or speed, or good hand-eye coordination. But, it does take hard work. It takes dedication, sweat, tears, an open mind. It takes early mornings, late nights, soreness, hunger, self control. It takes not only physical strength, but mental strength, and a whole lot of water 😂😂 you need a love and passion for something that's difficult in every aspect, but so rewarding when you step on that stage ❤ I cant describe to you the feeling in words. • • • • • I'm concluding my competition season for 2018 w. During my days off I am still going to keep my clean eating habits, stick to my usual whole food, nutritious diet, maybe throwing in an extra cheat meal here or there to really give a change to my metabolism🍭🍩🍕 In the Fitness Industry unfortunately one MAJOR factor is often forgotten: and that is RECOVERY‼️ Recovery is vital for the body to continue making progress whether is muscle gain, fat loss or both. Not also do we have to recover physically from one workout to the next but also mentally. Something I've learnt in my own fitness journey is to appreciate and love your body no matter what you look like. You will always compare yourself to a time when you weighed less, had abs, was more toned or something similar. 👎 But I bet you even at that point in time there was still something you didn't like or wanted to change about yourself! There always will be. We are not perfect. There is no perfect. Stop comparing yourself to others and especially Instagram accounts. This is the highlight reel, no one is going to share when they look or feel their worst! ❤️ One of the things that I care about most with my clients, especially women, is focusing on how they feel in themselves. Or goals focused on performance and not a number on a scale. ❤️ Learn to love your body, because its going to change in every stage of your life! 8 year transformation. All pictures were taken at times of no dieting or intentional cardio. At 16 YO I was 165lb and playing competitive basketball at the time, this was with 4 years of previous weight training. I remember wanting to look like the guys in the fitness magazines. During that year I was able to put on 25lbs (muscle, fat, some weight due to puberty, height, etc). Lifting weights became an instant addiction, I mean what's better than being able to see yourself get bigger, stronger, and look better. The more you understand how your body works the better results you get in the gym (complex interaction of food, supplements, and training). I was able to come to this realization at a young age and started reading literally every fitness article I could find. Everything is completely dependent on your efforts inside and out of the gym (it didn't matter if I was rich or poor, had shitty genetics, or whatever other excuses people tend to make). All I had to do was work hard, there was no one to blame, this was the perfect sport for me. Bodybuilding takes patience and years of hard work, all the purposeful small actions compound over a long period of time. The Arnold Amateur last year was one of the most impactful moments in my fitness career so far. - I began competing in 2012, I started competing in figure and placed high at many National shows but I was never satisfied and honestly sacrificed my health and many relationships in the process. - I realized that I was trying to get “bigger” and make it to the top in the sport because I wanted to prove that I was somebody.. my ego seriously took over. - After losing my dad in 2016 and reaching the darkest point in my life I made the decision to no longer sacrifice relationships and my health for a sport and I began to rebuild my life and my confidence with the help of Matthew. - Fast forward two years later I competed at the Arnold’s in bikini and ended up winning my class.. but it wasn’t about the win, I felt confident in my body, relieved hat I was able to do this in a healthy natural way and also maintain balance and never sacrifice my real life for a show. - I finally felt like I was no longer living in “Weeks Out” and was able to compete while still travelling, spending time with family and friends but still having pride in my discipline and bringing my favourite and best physique to an international stage. - My love for competing comes from the process not the outcome however it feels damn good when hard work is rewarded. - I have decided to take on this show again but this time with a lovely group of ladies that I have the honour of coaching through this experience. - I can’t wait to spend quality time with all of them, be the guru behind their best physiques and just celebrate our hard work together. - @lifeaestheticscoaching is my why behind what I do. Сколько белка усвоется за один прием пищи? . Разберемся как работает наш организм. ▫Когда мы употребляем пищу, она должна пройти в желудок и там в «кислотной ванне» превратиться в химус, затем дальше продвинуться в кишечник, где верхние слои будут «съедены» его стенками. Движение происходит благодаря мышечным сокращениям, называемым перистальтикой. ▫Если вы едите 6 раз в день, это вовсе не значит, что химус будет создаваться 6 отдельных раз. Это один общий и долгий процесс. То есть ваш обед и полдник могут легко встретиться в желудке. Также как и ваш первый и второй ужин. ▫Белок который лежит в кишечнике будет поглощаться, а затем перемещаться различными транспортёрами, которые отвечают за перенос и доставку разных аминокислот из белка по организму. Именно количество и объем этих транспортеров определяет, как много и как быстро аминокислоты будут перенесены. ▫В час в среднем переносится 5-10гр белка в зависимости от источника. Животные белки переносятся чуть-чуть быстрее растительных. ⏳Аминокислоты и некоторые пептиды могут регулировать свое время пребывания в кишечнике благодаря гормону холецистокинину. То есть наш организм может замедлить пищеварение, чтобы дать время транспортерам успеть перенести (5-10гр в час) весь белок если его поступило очень много. ▫Большая часть поглощения белка (в районе 95%) проходит в тонком кишечнике, а он способен задерживать транспортировку аминокислот даже на будущее в случае, если они сейчас не нужны организму. ▫Было также проведено ни одно исследование, где люди ели всего один раз в день 100гр белка и он усваивался также полно как и при разделение на три приема. at Ramenskoye

Ein Blick in das Lieblingsfach meines Bücherregals 📚 teils sind es Lehrbücher von meiner Kinderkrankenschwesternausbildung, aber auch Bücher bzw. die #prometheus Lernbox, die ich mir selber gekauft habe (sind aber noch lange nicht alle 😁) Neben der Arbeit schreibe ich aktuell Zusammenfassungen je nach meinen Einsatzgebieten. Je nach Zeit lerne ich etwas #anatomie , denn in dem nächsten Schulblock wird dafür wahrscheinlich wenig Zeit bleiben 😅

For athletes, the visualization process is called “mental rehearsal,” and they have been using these exercises since the 1960s when we learned about it from the Russians. When we visualize goals as complete, it creates a conflict in our subconscious mind between what we are visualizing and what we currently have. Our minds are hard-wired to resolve such conflicts by working to create a current reality that matches the one we have envisioned. Everything that was ever created or achieved first started as an idea in someone’s mind. Usually in response to some need or some desire, an idea took hold and the person began focusing mental energy on it. The idea built on itself as the mental energy became infused with emotions. This created a massive desire and the person’s mind went into overdrive looking for ways to marry the vision with physical reality. Ideas of “how” and “when” were generated based on that initial visualization… and this snowballed until… the light bulb that illuminates your room was designed and built; the music on your iPod was written, rehearsed and recorded... The daily practice of visualizing your dreams as already complete can rapidly accelerate your achievement of those dreams, goals and ambitions.
